Finally

I just learned never sleep in the same tent as 9 other people. We only had 3 tents but dad, being the Boy Scout he is, only wanted to put up one. He said it would be best if we learned "family bonding". I think it was just that he was too lazy to put up the other 2.

All the girls trudged the huge air mattresses to the tent where the boys put them in. It was still only 5:00 so mom and dad went to go get us a pizza from Dominic's, when all of us decided to put up the other tents in the actual house(even Leah agreed, it was getting pretty cold outside too). We went into the house and it was weird being in this new house even though it was built for us.

We went into the living room which was HUGE. The tents we had were decent size(which meant they could sleep about 4 of us). Since Gia, Gabi, Leah, and I didn't know how to put a tent together we left that to the boys to figure out, while we went to go get our pillows and blankets out of Mom and Dad's tent. However, when we got back in the house it started to rain a lot (and when I mean rain a lot I mean it started to pour outside). We all felt really bad about letting Mom and Dad sleep outside by themselves in the rain so we all grabbed hoodies and went outside to take apart the tents and bring everything in. It took FOREVER(it only took like 15 minutes but still) to get all of the stuff inside without getting it soaking wet.

We finally got everything in the house and set up all the tents, when Mom and Dad finally got home with the pizza. We didn't have any real tables so we just ate in the living room in the tents and watched Christmas Bounty.

Once everyone had finished we all got changed into our pajamas. I was wearing a pair of hot pink sweatpants from Pink, a black Magcon hoodie, and my hair was up in a high ponytail. Gabi was wearing the exact same thing only her sweatpants were black and her Magcon hoodie was red. Everyone else either had on sweats and a tee or an actually set of pajamas(mainly Leah and the younger boys). We all got ready to go into the tents and watch movies when Leah asked where everyone was sleeping.

"Well I don't know about you but me and your father are sleeping in the big tent we have room for some more if you would like to join us." Mom said.

"How about this Leah, why don't you sleep in the tent with Mom and Dad, Gia Gabi and I will sleep in this tent, and the boys can sleep in that tent." I piped in because I was getting really tired.

"Okay." Leah said as she skipped of to my parents tent.

"You know she just wanted that whole side of the tent to herself in Mom and Dad's tent right?" Gia whispered in my ear.

"Yeah I know." I responded. "I didn't want her in our tent cause she snores."

Gia, Gabi, and I laughed.
