Hey, everyone! How's it going? I do not own Naruto.

"Lady Tsunade! Lady Tsunade!" Shizune screamed as she crashed through my bedroom door. I sat up, startled and annoyed at having been woken up in such a rude manner. "What is it, Shizune?" I asked, not to kindly. "It's the Elders, my Lady," she whispered urgently. "They demand to see you and-" she hesitated. I straightened a bit. What did those old hags want? "What, Shizune?" She swallowed. "They brought Lord Danzo with them."

"What is the meaning of this?!" I demanded, stomping into the private office I had at the Hokage's Residence. Homura Mitokado, Koharu Utatane, and Danzo Shimura all sat on the couch across from my chair. Homura and Koharu were giant pain-in-the-asses that were highly opinionated about how the village should be run, and had the habit of forgetting that they were not the Hokage. But, I had to admit, at times, their wisdom was needed. Danzo, on the other hand....

"It has come to our attention that Naruto Uzumaki has returned to the village." Homura said. Shit...if they're starting this with that, I have a feeling I'm not going to like what they have to say. "He has," I responded tersely, sitting in my chair and crossing my legs. "And he was gathering together some of our most promising young shinobi to go on a mission that we had no foreknowledge of," Koharu continued. "What is going on?"

I bite my lip. "I am gathering the old Konoha 11 together again for a high risk mission. They will need each other's skills." "Why will they need that much?" Homura asked, sitting up. Even though they were irritating me with their insistent questions, I had to be proud of how they recognized the Konoha 11. Consisting of Naruto's class and Team Guy, they were the most promising young ninja of their generation. And all of them had the Will of Fire burning brightly inside them.

But that was beside the point right now. I straightened up, uncrossing my legs. "This mission is only for myself and the ninja undertaking it to know." Shizune swallowed at my bold statement. Koharu and Homura's faces turned red, while Danzo's stayed his usual poker faced expression. "We are Elders!" Homura sputtered. "We have the right to know what our ninja are doing!" I cocked an eyebrow. "Your ninja? Last time I checked, I was Hokage. And that makes them my ninja." I stood up. "If you'll excuse me, it's late and I'd like to get some sleep before tomorrow."

"Princess Tsunade." I gritted my teeth. Of course, of course, that snake just had to open his mouth. "Danzo?" I said, turning around. He leaned forward on his walking stick. "May I remind you that that boy is a Jinchūriki?" I imagined steam was coming out of my ears right then. "That boy is a Konoha shinobi." He nodded, deceivingly agreeing. "Of course, a shinobi that carries one of the Tailed Beasts inside of him. He is a weapon to be used to protect the Hidden Leaf Village." I stalked towards him and slammed my hand onto the table. "He is a person, who carries on my grandfather's Will of Fire! He is not just some weapon to deter war."

Danzo reached inside his robe to pull out a paper. He then laid it on the table. I glared at him. "What is that?" I hissed. "Read it yourself if you want to know." I looked at him suspiciously for a few more minutes before picking the paper up and reading it. The more I read, the more horrified I became. As I stood there in shock, Danzo stood up, along with Koharu and Homura. "Have a nice night, Princess," Danzo said, bowing slightly to me. And then they left.

As they walked out, Jiraiya walked in. "What's going on?" He asked, watching them go. "Why are those old bags of bones here this late?" I wordlessly handed him the paper. He skimmed over it and choked. "WHAT?!" Shizune silently handed me a bottle of sake. I opened the bottle and started chugging.  Jiraiya stumbled backwards to collapse on the couch. "Is this real? I can't believe that Sensei would sign off on this," he waved the paper around.
