It was late and you were laying in bed tired and once again not being able to sleep but this time it wasn't because of all the battle's and all the chaos and all the hero's who were fighting for the light to win,No it wasn't that because it had stopped for now.
You couldn't sleep because you were hungry to hungry to sleep your stomach growled every 2 minutes you felt like you were going to throw up
Sitting up and looking over to the candle that dark had let you have for a little light in your room.
You watched as the wax slowly dripped off the candle.
Sighing you picked up the candle and looked around hoping to find something to get you out of here and to somewhere that actually has food.
Your stomach growled again and you were starting to regret not taking the bread from dark plus you were still thirty because dark never gave you your second glass of water.
Feeling your foot step on something cold something so cold that there was only one thing it could've been metal.
Eye's widening you crouched down accidentally spilling some candle wax on your arm you quickly wiped it off with some kind of cloth you found on the floor.
Lowering the candle a bit more you found a key a really old looking key it had rust all over it.
Grabbing the key you said.
"Please open this door."
Grabbing the candle you quickly stood up and walked over to the door quietly trying not to make any noise you only had one more step to take.
One more step and you'd be at the door slowly reaching your foot put you heard a loud *creak.*
As your foot touched the floor.
"Dangit!."
You whispered to yourself.
You waited a few moments before putting the key in the hole and turning it.
*Click!.*
The door opened smiling to yourself you walked outside and through the Hall's up and down many stairs looking for a kitchen.
Finally finding it you rushed over towards the refrigerator but stopped when you heard a snore slowly turning your head you looked over startled by what you saw next...sitting in a chair was a monster. A monster that was covered in metal assuming that it was a guard you continued to make your way to the kitchen opening a cabinet and grabbing a whole loaf of bread them grabbed a cup and poured you some water.
Actually 2 cups of water just in case you got thirty again.
Tripping over something wet on the floor (which was probably water you spilled)
The monster woke up yelling at you telling you to surrender.
Panicked and scared you ran for your life holding 1 cup of water and the loaf of bread.
Screaming you ran and ran and ran until you passed a room were you heard a snore.
Looking at the door you saw it was opened a little hearing the monster get closer you ran inside the room quietly shutting the door.
You listened as the monstrous guard got closer and closer.
You stopped breathing
You stopped blinking
You stopped everything.
You were frozen in fear and to make thing's worse...you weren't alone in this room.
Footsteps were heard from inside the room then everything went silent.
Whoever was in the room grabbed you and pulled you close to them.
You could hear their breathing.
You could feel it.
"Princess what are doing outside of your room?"
You Sighed in relief realizing it was just dark but then reality struck.
You were in Dark's room.
You weren't in your room.
Once again dark asked.
"Princess what are you doing outside of your room?."
Hearing something drip you looked down at the floor even though you couldn't see anything it you knew that that drip was from the glass of water you were holding.
Dark's grip tightening around your waist you winced as he asked.
"Princess were you trying to escape?... And...why is my foot wet?."
Finally having the courage to speak up you said.
"N-no...I was hungry and I went into the kitchen.
I-i was getting a late night snack. Your foot's wet because my water spilled. We made a deal and I'm not about to break it!."
"It's not safe to walk around all by yourself... Especially at night time...do you wanna know why princess?."
He leaned in closer whispering in a voice so cold it made you shiver.
"Because that's when the monster's come out to play."
Letting go of you he said.
"Eat your bread and drink your water princess...but when your done..."
He paused for a minute.
"What are you gonna do? Punish me!."
You interrupted hearing a growl you stepped back a couple feet.
Dark walked closer to you and grabbed your wrist
Chuckling he said.
"Haha...if that's what you want then...yes you will receive a punishment... Your punishment will be...you have to...
" out with it already! This suspense is killing me!."
You said dramatically.
"You have to stay the night with me."
"W-what? What do you mean l-like...like sleep in here with you!"
"Yep"
Dark said popping the "P"
