Will Love Last Forever?

On our way

Today was the day me and Holly will be leaving to go to France! I quickly went through my bag to make sure I have everything.

"Remember to put your hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste and makeup in your suitcase!" My mum called out.

"Yeah I will!" I replied.

I quickly went into the bathroom, grabbed my toothbrush and toothpaste of the shelf over the sink and placed them into my wash bag along with all my other shower/wash products.

I brushed my hair and put it into a high pony tail. I then put my hairbrush into my suitcase as it didn't fit into my wash or makeup bag.

Then I put on my makeup but I didn't cake it on I made it look natural. I only put on a bit of eyeliner, foundation, mascara and eyeshadow. I also put on my baby lips lip balm.

I ran downstairs dragging my suitcase behind me and placed it at the bottom of the stairs beside my shoes and coat so I don't forget it.

I walked into the kitchen and smelt pancakes sizzling in the pan. My mum laid one of a plate with Nutella in. She knew that was my favourite. I quickly are it up and texted Holly that I'm going to be picking her up in 10 minutes.

I went back into the hallway where I left my suitcase, shoes and coat. I put my shoes on and laid my coat on my arm while I pulled my suitcase outside and into the car boot.

My mum came over to me.

"Have fun Amy! Stay safe! I will miss you!"

"I will mum and I will miss you too"

"Remember to text me when you get to onto the ferry and when you get to your hotel"

"Yes I will mum!"

I gave her a hug and say goodbye.

I opened the car door, sat down and started the engine.

Holly didn't live too far away so it was quick and easy to get there so we could get to there on time and we won't be late for our ferry.

I arrived at Holly's and went to knock at the door with the car still on. Holly opened it holding her suitcase and saying bye to her mum.

"Hey Holly"

"Hey Amy"

"All set and ready?"

"Yeah I am let's go! Bye mum love you!!"

Holly's mum Maddie closed the door waving at us and blowing a kiss.

I opened up the car boot for Holly so she could put her suitcase in.

We both got in the car and I headed of with the radio loud and the windows down. We sang at the top of our voices and in know time we there.

We grabbed our suitcases out of the car boot and headed inside the ferry as it was open so we could wait in there.

There was a little shop in the ferry where I bought a couple of magazines, chocolate bars and a drink. I went over to the counter to go pay.

"Hey Amy"

"Oh hey Holly"

"What did you buy?"

"Not much, just a few magazines, chocoaltes and a drink, what about you?"

"Magazines, spare batteries for my camera, a drink, sweets and thats about it"

"Oh okay, im actually so excited for this holiday!"

"Amy its going to be great!"

"Yes it will be Holly, yes it will be"

It was my turn to go and pay so I went up to the counter and payed. It only costed £5.

"Come on lets go" Holly said tapping my shoulder

"Coming" I reply while grabbing my things and stuffing them in my bag.

We went through security and passport checks and then they gave us a room numer with a key.

After about an hour on a voice filled the ferry saying that in 10 minutes we would be sailing off to France!
