"Okay," you and the guys replied at the same time, as you walked towards the temple enterance. When you got to the temple enterance, you couldn't move. Jacob noticed and asked, "what's wrong Luce?" "Ummm.... Nothing.... Just..... Uhhhh.... Nerves. Yeah. It's just my nerves," you answered quickly. "If you say so," Jacob said in an unconvinced voice.
When the guys walked by you to go into the temple, you still couldn't move. Jacob looked back at you and said, "C'mon Luce!" "Ummm.... I can't," you said while looking at the ground. "And why not?," Jacob asked while walking towards you. "I'm-I'm too nervous Jake," you answered honestly. "Hop on. I'll carry you," Jacob said as he turned around. You hopped on Jacob's back and said, "Thanks Jake." "No prob Luce," Jacob said as he walked through the temple enterance.
As you walked through the enterance, you heard Quil ask, "You guys comin' or what?" "Where comin'. Where comin'," Jacob said. "Well, hurry up Grampa!," Jared rushed. "Shut it Jared!," Jacob replied. "C'mon guys. Lets just go meet the tribal counsil," you said. The guys nodded, and started walking again. When you reached the sacred room, you and the guys saw your families and the tribal counsil. When the tribal leader saw you, he said while chuckling, "Girl, I swear every time I see you, you got that boy givin' you a piggy back ride!" "Yep! Well, the others are TOO lazy to give me a ride. So, I asked Jake," you said while pointing to the guys. Jacob chuckled while the guys pouted and said, "Hey! We're not lazy!" Before you could say anything, you heard the tribal leader say, "It's time for the ceremony." Everybody quieted down, and looked at the tribal leader as he said, "We have all gathered here tonight to witness these six young people become the new generation of Wolf Walkers!" The tribal leader had you and the guys to sit in the middle of the floor. "Before we can go any farther, you must each recieve your totem," he said. One of the tribal counsil members handed the leader a basket with a cloth over it. As he pulled the cloth back, you sawsix animal totems. "Are you ready to recieve you totem?," the tribal leader asked. You and the guys nodded and the tribal leader said, "Good. Lets begin." The tribal leader reached into the covered baskest and pulled out a eagle, (all of the totems are carved from wood), as he said, "This totem goes to Quil. The eagle represents: Divine spirit, sacrifice, connection to creator, intelligence, renewal, courage, illumination of spirit, healing, creation, freedom, and risk-taker." Quil stood up nodded to the tribal leader, recieved his totem, and sat back down. The tribal leaderreached into the basket again, and this time he pulled out a fox. "This totem goes to Seth. The fox represents: Cunning, agility, quick-witted, diplomacy, wildness, feminine magic of camouflage, shapeshifting and invisibility." Seth got up, recieved his totem and sat back down. Like before, the tribal leader reached into the basket, and pulled out a lynx. "This totem goes to Paul. The lynx represents: Keeper of secrets, guardian, listener, and guide." Paul got up, recieved his totem, and sat back down. Once again, the tribal leader reached into the basket, and this time he pulled out a horse, as he said, "This totem will go to Jared. The horse represents: Freedom, stamina, mobility, the land, travel, power, and freedom" Jared stood up, nodded as he recieved his totem and sat back down. The tribal leader reached into the basket for thefifth time and pulled out a wolf. He smiled as he said, "This is no shock to who this totem will go to. It goes to Jacob. The wolf represents: Loyalty, perseverance, success, intuition, and spirit" Jacob smiled as he recieved his totem and them he sat back down. "Now. For the last totem," the tribal leader said as he reached inside of the basket. The tribal leader pulled out the totem with his hand closed. He smiled at you and said, "Once again, this totem is no surprise. This totem goes to Lucy. There has never been two of the same totem in one pack before, until now.Her totem is the wolf. The wolf represents: Loyalty, perseverance, success, intuition, and spirit." When you heard this, you jumped up, hugged the tribal leader, recieved your totem and sat back down with a huge grin on your face.
"Now that you have recieved your totems, you must transform," the tribal leader said with a smile. "But, we're not mad," Seth said confused. "You don't have to be mad for this transformation, since it is your first one. But you will have to be mad for the transformations you make after this one. You just have to think about being a wolf," the tribal leader replied. You and the guys nodded, and thought about being a wolf like the tribal leader said. All of a sudden, you and the guys changed!
