2; The kiss?

Alexis' POV

I've been living with the boys for over a week and started at my new school, I made a genuinely nice friend who isnt using my for my brother, Rosie.

I rush around the house tying to get ready for school, I bump into Shawn giving him a genuine smile. Not going to lie I started blushing. Who wouldn't be interested in a smart, funny hot guy like Shawn. I slip on my burgundy Vans hoodie with matching shoes.

"Hey Shawn, Can you drive me to school?" He flicked his hair like a girl "Of course girl lets gooo" He talked in a high pitch obviously trying to act like a girl.

We ran out to his jeep since it was raining, I jumped in and fixed my hair as Shawn drove me to school. Jamming out most of the time to some Ed Sheeran.

We pulled up at the school carpark where I saw Rosie waiting, I lent over the console to give Shawn a hug. "Thanks for the lift Mendes" I giggled as I pulled out from the hug. "All good Dallas" He smirked looking me in the eyes. He placed his gentle soft pink lips on my cheek before I got out the car.

I watched Shawn drive away as I blushed a bright red color, "Omg Alex what was all that about!?" Rosie cooed.

I shrugged my shoulders and adjusted my backpack before heading into the big double doors. "So do you like Shawn?" Rosie nudged my side. "Uh I don't know, I do but I don't." She nodded her head and went along with me to my locker.

We went to our first class and sat in the only seats left considering we were late. I was sat right next to the schools biggest fxckboy, who tries to get in every girls pants. "Dallas, what are you up to tonight?" He smirked casually placing his hand on my thigh.

I pushed his hand away and gave him the dirtiest look, "Staying far from you James" I spat. Rosie must've overheard because she was holding back her laughing fit. James rolled his eyes and continued to fiddle with his pen.

'1:25' I checked the time on my phone, I have a two free sessions last period so I can leave school now.

I walked out of school with my arms folded as the wind gushed against my body, I shivered as I sat on a bench waiting for one of the boys to pull up.

Shawn finally pulled up after waiting in the cold for 15 minutes, "Ughh its cold and you made me wait." I whine as I rest my head on Shawn's shoulder.

He put his hands up in surrender before turning the heater up "I'm sorry! Ill take you to Starbucks then. I got all giddy about Shawn taking me to starbucks since it would make my terrible school day much better

I tweeted as we pulled into the drive thru. "Hey, can I please get one Pink Drink and a chocolate Chip frappachino" Shawn spoke into the speaker.

We pulled up at the house and no one seemed to be home, I plopped onto the couch and went through my instagram feed where a video of Shawn and I singing in the car popped up. "Shawn!! I look like a mess." I whined but couldn't help to laugh.

We both sat there in silence for around 10 minutes, with an occasional sigh now and then. I looked up from my phone and saw Shawn grinning for ear to ear at me, "how long have you been staring at me?!" I laughed hysterically. Shawn shrugged his shoulders and moved closer to me.

"You know, for best friends I don't know much about you." Shawn mumbled

"Okay, well I'm 17 and turn 18 on October 8th.  I love doing beauty videos and occasionally play volleyball; and my best friend Is Rosie and Shawn" I giggled. "Oh and I love Roses!" I mentioned last minute.

I took a look over and Shawn and had to double take as I realized he was writing something on his phone. "Just writing  everything down love" he winked. I blushed a bright peach color and buried my head into a pillow so I wouldn't embarrass myself.

"Now Mendes, what about you?" Shawn placed his hand up under his chin and started thinking.
"I have 2 middle names, Peter and Raul. I'm starting to write my 2nd album. I have a little sister Aaliyah, and I'm sitting next to a girl who is fairly attractive!" He spat the last part out.

"Thanks Shawnie boy! Well I'm going to head upstairs and study, see you at dinner." I jumped off the couch and gently pressed my soft lips against Shawn's check before I walked away. "Playback" I whispered as I trotted up the staircase.
