Perfect To Me

Sitting in a chair in the studio. I was on my laptop. Looking up ideas for, what the music video for our title track, could look like. EunJae, and Alex were also in the studio. They were working on the backing track for a song. I had got a text from Sehun. We haven't been able to see each other in a while.

We have been able to text each other. But, we haven't talked to each other in a few weeks. As, Alex and EunJae were working on the backing track. Alex asked me, "Jenna, do you know, when filming will start for the film?"

Looking up from my laptop, and saying, "I don't know yet. But, I'm guessing they would like to start filming soon."

At that moment, there was a knock on the studio door. Alex got up from her chair, and walked over to the door. Opening up the door. Our manager walked into the studio.

"Can I talk to you girls?" He asked.

"Sure."

"You girls know how filming for the film about Jenna's life now will start soon."

"Yes, we know that." EunJae said, replying to our manager.

"There is something, the company would like GDA to do." He said.

"What is it?" EunJae replied, again.

"They want you girls to go to Los Angeles to film somethings for it. SM will get you a practice space. So, that you can practice for the studio album. They mainly want you girls in Los Angeles, so that they can interview Jenna."

"How long would we be in Los Angeles, do you think?" I asked.

"They would like GDA to be in Los Angeles for roughly a month."

"What? A month in Los Angeles?" Alex said, almost shouting the words.

"Yes." Our manager replied, before continuing, "SM is thinking, that GDA could film your teasers for your studio album there. And, possibly film the title track's music video there."

"That would be cool. Spending a month in Los Angeles." Alex said.

"You girls would be in Los Angeles, at the same time that EXO is having their concert there. That is more for Jenna, than you two girls." He started to walked over to the door of the studio.

"Oh, yeah there is something else. I need to tell you girls."

"What is it?" EunJae asked.

"SM is thinking of GDA having your first concert in September. They are working out the dates right now. It's do to the fact, that SM thinks many fans would want to see your girls live." He walked out of the studio.

"What? Our first concert. Not even a year, after we debuted." EunJae said.

"I don't even think Red Velvet has had their first concert, yet." Alex added.

"That is true."

Zipping up one of my two suitcases. Today, GDA are heading to Los Angeles. We are heading there in secret. No one knows that, we are going there. Standing up my suitcases. Because, we are staying in Los Angeles for roughly a month.

We need to have more than one suitcase. SM may want us to film things for our studio album. Or, something for our concerts. Which, they have the dates set for. Which, are September 8 to the 10. I still haven't seen Sehun in a few months. He has been busy doing things with EXO. And, I have been busy with GDA.

We haven't been able to find time to see each other. But, GDA is going to be going to EXO's concert in Los Angeles. So, I will get to see Sehun soon. Which, I'm happy about. I heard a knock on the door of the bedroom. Looking over at who had knocked. It was EunJae leaning against the door frame.

"Are you ready to fly to Los Angeles?" She asked.

"It's still weird. But, I can't wait to get there."

"If you want to get there. Then, lets get going. You having everything you need right?"

"Yes. I have everything that I need, for the month we are spending in Los Angeles." I said, replying for her question.

"Jenna, be happy. You get to see Sehun again soon." EunJae said, as we stared to walk out of the bedroom. We went down to the front door of the house. Everyone else was already in the van. It was already dark outside. Because, we have to get to the airport, and get one the plane without anyone knowing.

"I know, that I will get to see Sehun again. All of us are going to their concert." I added, as we got to our van, outside of the house. We got my suitcases into the back of the van. Getting into the van, I sat next to Alex.

"Is everyone ready to go to the States?" Our manager asked.

"Yes." Our manager started to drive to the airport. I started to listen to music, as our manager drove to the airport. Looking out the window of the van. Before, I knew it. We were at the airport. We were able to get into the airport, without anyone knowing.

Getting through security, and getting to the gate where our plane was. Getting onto the plane. Finding my seat, that I was given. We were in first class. The movie company paid for our plane tickets. 

I started to listen to music, as the plane was flying towards Los Angeles. Sehun had made me a playlist to listen to, while we are in Los Angeles. I ended up falling asleep, during the flight. Alex tapped my shoulder, when the plane had landed at LAX. 

Grabbing my backpack, and putting my phone into the bag. We started to walk off the plane. It was about the middle of the day, when the plane had landed. And, it was sunny outside. Getting off the flight. It seemed like some people in the airport, knew who we were. 

Going to the baggage claim area of the airport. We had to wait for our suitcase to come. I was standing with Alex waiting for our suitcases. EunJae, AeRi, and Rey were talking with our manager. When, all of out suitcases had finally come. 

We started to walked towards, where our van in the US was parked. Putting all our suitcases in the back of the van. EunJae was sitting in the passengers seat. Alex and I were sitting in the middle row. AeRi and Rey were sitting in the back row. Our manager drove away from the airport. 

After, being in the van for about a hour and a half. Our manager pulled up to a house. Alex and I looked surprised as our manager stepped out of the van. I felt AeRi placed her hand on my shoulder, before asking "Is this where we are staying?" 

"I think so." I replied with, as we started to get out of the car.
