“Get in the car Avi!” I yelled for fifth time today.

“Can’t you wait for two more minutes I’m just finding my History book” My brother yelled back. No one has the nerve to yell at me. This boy!

BTW who takes History book on their first day of the school! Well that’s my brother for you guys then. The award for biggest nerd on this planet goes to Avinash Shah aka my non sweet and non caring brother. Sometimes I feel like my mother gave birth to a freaking encyclopedia. Believe me, my own brother teaches me when I don’t understand a thing. He is too good only and only for studies.

“You’ve been saying that for past 15 minutes.” I yelled back

At normal days I wouldn’t have gave a damn about the punctuality. Since it’s my brother’s first day too I don’t want to risk his grades since he is grade freak. Punctuality is not my thing neither is talking politely with any person.

“Oh I’m almost there” My brother said calmly.

Finally my brother showed and we sat in the car and began our journey towards the first day of the school. I’m so excited that I just want to leave the car ride and sleep on my bed.

“Hey Eliana how do we find the molar mass in this question?” My nerdy brother asked me.

“Oh shush! You’re in class 7 then study that” I answered. How can he be my brother? I’m anything but nerd.

“Eli you just passed Class 9 remember?” He surely knows how to make me inferior. God who studies Science? That’s the worst subject ever discovered.

Have I ever studied Science?

Yes! A day or should I say night before memorizing each and every line even the digits in physics. That is a tough task for sure. Well that day Avi did taught me several derivations.

We recently are in Kolkata when my dad got a promotion and we moved here. Me and Avi applied for few schools here and coincidently we both got selected in the same school. My mom and dad had a busy life but they always managed their schedule in such a way that they could always ask how me and my brother were doing.

We arrived at our destination. St. Stephen Sr. Sec. School. Students of St. Stephen better watch your back ‘cause your boss is here.

I was given the details of my classes by the school management and my time table told that I had Science. Fuck my Life!
