Chapter 4:- Helping him

"How many hours of detention do you even have?!" ask Clove as I bit my sandwich. I pull out my three fingers indicating three hours and she sighs.

"How many days?!" ask Blair as I still keep my three fingers up. "Three hours detention for three days!" says Clove as I nod still chewing on my sandwich.

"Great looks like we have to cancel our after school plans!" says Blair sighing loudly. I gulp my sandwich. "No need you guys go without me its fine!" I assure smiling at her.

"Are you sure? You might miss the fun!" Clove smirks at me and I roll my eyes at her.

Yeah fun. Three hours of shopping sure does sound fun.

"Go ahead! Enjoy!" I smile eating my sandwich. "Okay then!" says Clove as she starts telling all the plans to us which I won't be able to join.

I walk towards my locker to get my books since lunch is about to get over and my next class has none of my friends so I have to walk alone. No big deal for me though.

As I walk towards my locker I see a familiar figure leaning or probably hiding at the end of the lockers. I walk towards him and poke his shoulder causing him to jump in surprise.

"What are you doing?!" I ask kinda finding it weird that he is hiding behind the lockers. "Um N-nothing!" as usual he shutters.

I look behind him over the lockers to see a girl with short straight black hair standing at her locker probably removing her books. I give Seth a questioning look as his cheeks turn red.

"Do you like her?!" I ask him boldly and his eyes widen and his face turns red. "Um....y-yeah." he says rubbing his nape.

Seriously why is he turning so red?! Is he shy or something?

"Then go tell her!" I say with a smirk and his eyes wide and he gulps. "No I can't! I am too sacred!" he says finally without shuttering.

"What the hell! Grow some balls and act like a man!" I complain as he sigh and looks down at his shoes shaking his head from side to side.

I look at the girl and then at Seth. What's the big deal about this?! Wait maybe I can help this situation in someway.

"Should I tell her instead?!" I say as he looks up with wide eyes and jaw dropping on the floor. "No she will think of me as a coward!" he says shaking his head from side to side causing me to sigh.

"First you are sacred and then when I try to help you you say she will think of you as a coward. Listen here, I will just suggest your name to her and later today you can confess okay?!" I say waiting for an answer and after thinking for a while he nods a smile forming on his face.

"What's her name?!" I ask him "Genevieve!" he says as his cheeks turn red again I roll my eyes and start walking towards the girl.

"Hey!" I say casually once I am near her she turns towards me as her eyes wide and her jaw dropping on the floor.

Girl! I am no alien!

I see her height is short just like her black hair reaching the tip of her shoulders. She has dark brown eyes and braces. Over all average.

"I just wanna say don't miss good chances when they come your way. I mean someone out there might like you. Example guys like Seth Miller you know? They are decent and perfect so if he ever comes across with a love confession don't reject him!" I finish and leave making her baffled of my words.
