Kentrell picked the kids up lastnight, when I left. Im up cooking breakfast for them. I guess you can say me & Kentrell getting back on track. Laila loves him already.
" Ya'll can come eat", I said, putting their plates on the table.
Kennedy and Laila ran to the table sitting down.
" Where's your daddy Kennedy?", I said.
" Im right here ma", he said, sitting down down.
" How did you sleep?", I asked.
" It was good, but the girls feet was all in my face", he said, laughing.
" Sorry daddy", Kennedy giggled while eating.
" I sorry too", Laila said.
" Y'all good, ya'll good. How was lastnight? You came back early", he said, while eating.
" It was alright. I havent been out in a while, so I had to adjust.", I said.
" Well after we get done and get dressed, we can go to the mall", he said.
" But I dont have any money", Laila said, sadly.
" I gotchu Laila", he said, smiling.
" But you're Kennedy's dad.. not mine..", Laila said.
" Sooooo.. he's nicer then your daddy" , Kennedy said.
" Yall hush. You know how she gets about her dad Kemnedy.", I said. " Now come on, so we can get dressed."
