Chapter 8

Killua's POV

Monday's gotta love em huh? This fucking sucks man. I just wanna stay home with Mike.

But if I skip the second week of school my mom will go through the roof. So I'm yet again at the bus stop. It's beautiful outside today. Which is good because I like the warm weather.

"Hey Killua." Said the red head.

"Hm?" I looked over and see Sawyer.

"We wanna know if you are okay with going out to the skate park maybe sometime."

"Yeah you look like a skater boy to me," said KC.

I was sitting in the seat across from them and they were sitting together like they do everyday. Gosh they really are best friends.

I got excited to because I having hung out with friends since...well since I was with Gon when we use to hang with Kurapika and Leorio.

"Um yeah I actually do skate. I might be a bit rusty but sure I'll go."

"Okay so there is this skate park behind the school and we can go tomorrow since I don't have my scooter and my money."

"Wait you scooter?" I said pretty curious.

"yeah KC got me into skate park stuff and I tried scootering and I really liked it," he said with a really goofy smile.

The smile that haunts me. The one that reminds me of him. I try so hard not to think of him but it's almost like trama like I died and fucking came back for him."

It was Chorus class yay. I sat there and listen to the teacher talk about notes and rhythm. I tried to make the best of it since my grades mattered and stuff.

This girl behind me she was really nice to me I don't know why but she kinda reminded me of Sarah...

I turned around and passed her a note. It read meet me after school in the library. She whispered in my ear telling me okay then we didn't communicate again until after school.

Gon's POV

Wait wait wait I swear to god if this kid is who I think he is I'm gonna freak. Sam doesn't know anything about me being gay in the past and about my hunters licence. Yes I'm still a hunter but I'm not too active since I have school.

These kids at school have classes where they learn about hunters and there's a gym class that is kinda like health that teaches about aura and Nen and all that shit. It's like masters don't even exist anymore you just learn it in school.

"Hey you okay you have been in deep thought for a long time?" said Sam.

I snapped out of it and looked at her. She was eating her yogurt cup and looking at me with a funny face.

"Yeah I'm fine."

"I mean ever since our breakfast like 3 days ago you have been acting so weird like your not hiding something right?"

My heart beat fast.

"No of course not you know I wouldn't lie to you." I said quick.

I started to throw my lunch away then the bell rang I grabbed my stuff and quickly walked to the boys bathroom.

"Where are you going? You're not even gonna walk me to class?" said Sam as I ran away.

Killua's POV

I was waiting in the library after school sitting at a table with a book on the table looking like I was doing something.

She walked in with her backpack and some books in hand. She had long brown hair with this green baseball cap on. She wore a t shirt that said York New city on it and skinny jeans.

"So did you want to study or something?" she said as she sat at the table.

"what's your name." I said quick not answering her question.

"oh right hi I'm Tessa!" she said with a smile.

I wasn't use to girls all happy and cheerful like this since everything I looked at was always dark and gloomy.

"Why are so nice to me I don't get it. Your not sent to kill me right? Like by my brother or anything?"

"What?! Why would I kill you why would your brother kill you?" she said in a panic.

"shhhhh!" I said putting my finger on her lip.

"Okay so your not here to kill me so why are you so nice? I don't get it?" I said confused.

She took my finger off her lip.

"Well I saw you and I wanted to be your friend I know your new here so yeah!" she said with that smile.

Yeah she kinda the opposite of Sarah now that I think of it...

"So what's your name?" she asked.

"Killua."
