(Shrell Speaking)

Looking up to the ceiling with tears dropping down my face. They took Rayshawn in for murder? I know I was not dating a murderer, the police must grab the wrong person. Looking over at Ray's mother her eyes bloodshot red from all the crying she was doing. This was my first time meeting his mother I walked up to her introducing myself.

"Hello my name is Shrell I'm Rayshawn girlfriend" her looking me up and down before speaking. As she wiped her eyes she replied,

"How are you I'm Ray's mom" reaching out to shake her hand asking her whenever he call can she please call my phone.

"Also can you let me know when they take him to court please thank you. I will be putting money on my phone if he need anything in there just let me know"

"I will be giving you a call soon" walking outside looking at the whole yard filled with police cars, undercover cars, and detectives. Glancing across the street I could see my baby in handcuffs.

I'm about to lose my mind. As I begin walking down the street I see a police officer car following me. Turning around to see what's going on. The officer rolls down the window.

"Are you Rayshawn girlfriend?"

"Yes why?"

"Get in we have to take you down to headquarters for questioning" "Wait what! why they need me for? I don't know what's going on or what happened, so I'm no use to you"

"Since you his girlfriend we believe he told you what's been going on around here"

"I told you I don't know what's going on now can I go!"

"Look, get in or I will put handcuffs on you. I will also need your phone to"

"You don't have no right taking my phone without a search warrant on me I'm a minor" I might be young but I'm not dumb.

"Stop making things so difficult. You just making it harder for you and your boyfriend"

I hate polices man. Giving him my phone getting in the back of the police car. Riding back to Ray house looking across the street. I could see him in handcuffs sitting in the back of the police car.

I could feel him staring at me. He begins to shake his head then dropped his head to his chest.

After everyone got done doing what they was doing, the officer got back into the car then we pulled off. Leaning against the window looking up to the sky.

This can't be happening. Me out of all peoples going down to headquarters for questioning. The officer looks at me and started to speak,

"What's your name?"

"You have my ID so you should know my name by now!"

"We're almost there but can I ask you something?" Sitting quiet for a moment he repeated his question again. "Can I ask you something?" If I don't answer him I know he would keep asking the same question I responded,

"I don't care"

"Why do a lot of young girls like to date boys or young men who run the streets, in gangs, or robbing in general?"
