10 YEARS LATER ...
Raven's POV

I woke up , as I normally did, at 4:30. I felt Spark, Aunt Agatha's pet dog , curled up next to me. As I put on my glasses, the whole room became clearer and I began to do my chores. I couldn't make any noise because I didn't want to wake up Aunt Agatha and Aunt Agnes. By 6:53 I had completed my work so I made myself a sandwich, fed Spark (he had come down to the kitchen eventually) and made myself scarce in my room. My room was actually the attic. It was always cold and Dark yet I managed to make it look nice.

Agnes and Agatha treated me like a slave. If they had guests over, I was only allowed to come out the attic to make and serve food. My aunts didn't let me go to school as they didn't want me acting smart but I still got an education from the library and Mrs Baker.

Mrs Baker lived next door to us in this dark allyway people called a home. I only ever saw her once a week as that was when my aunt's would go on holiday for the weekend. They would leave me to stay at Mrs Bakers house but still expect the house to be kept spotless while they were away. Mrs Baker loved cats and they followed her wherever she went. The cats got on with Spark suprisingly well when Spark and I stayed over. Every night, Mrs Baker would tell me stories. Stories about a boy called Harry Potter and a magic school for witches and wizards though I never realised it might be real...

Although the day started off normally, it didn't continue like that. At 8:15 AM, Agnes came up to my attic bedroom and told me to pack my bags even though it was Thursday and they didn't go to Ibiza until Friday but I didn't complain,  this way I could see Mrs Baker sooner!

The days went by quickly and soon it was Friday night. Tomorrow, it would be my eleventh birthday so to celebrate, Spark, Mrs Baker and I were watching Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix for the fifth time this week!
"I wish Hogwarts was real!" I complained when the movie ended.
Mrs Baker sighed and replied with, "Liz, Hogwarts is more real than you think!" Not bothering to question any further, I climbed the stairs to my purple bedroom at Mrs Baker's house, wondering what would happen on my birthday.

I definitely wasn't expecting the thing that ACTUALLY happened!
