"Fuck. You're still here Mr. Shit Face Fucktard McCuntNuggets?" I said glumly. "I thought you'd crawled back to the hell pit you'd come from."

"No luck for you dick nipple bitch face. I've been in the same place since you dumped me Lexy." My ex boyfriend replied. I grimaced. His brown hair was dipped in blue, and his eyes were a deeper brown, thankfully without the blue. He was taller than me too, which I hated.

"You're a bastard."

"You too. How've you been?"

"Good. You?"

"Good. Who's the kid?"

"Lucy. Consensually kidnapped child."

"Cool." He smiled at her kindly, "nice to meet you. I'm Hemsley."

I looked at the decrepit old church nostalgically. It had ivy growing up the tower to the red triangular light near the top.

"How's the nightclub business going?" I asked quietly,

"I guess you'll see tonight. You need a place don't you?" He answered. I nodded. "Come on in. Free room and board if you're nice to me."

Lucy giggled, "he's funny Aleksi! How long are we staying?"

"Until he decides to kick us out I guess." I followed him in and smiled. "Home sweet home..."

Hemsley glared at me. "No. It isn't your home anymore."

I smiled sweetly, "damn you're salty."

The inside of the church was quiet, with stained glass windows filtering light onto the bar and dance floor. He'd renovated since I'd last been here. There was a new set of speakers and new lights all around.

"Mind if we take the guest attic?" I asked politely, he sneered but nodded. "Thank you."

"No problem. Wanna join me for a drink later?" He asked in return. My throat went dry.

"Sure." Was all I said before I took my things upstairs. Lucy followed me and smiled,

"So this is home now?" She asked, flopping onto a bed.

"Mhmm. Try not to go downstairs too much at night by the way..." The thought struck me that perhaps a twelve year old in a nightclub wasn't the best idea.

"Relax Lexy, I'll take care of that sort of thing." Hemsley had apparently followed us, "Oh, and I'd like you to meet my Barmaid and my friend, Koe and Samantha respectively."

Koe was a dark-skinned girl, with deep green eyes, long black hair, and a classic German-styled barmaids outfit. She immediately gave off a shy impression, and she barely made eye-contact.

Samantha on the other hand, looked me up, and down, and into my soul. I could tell I wasn't going to get along with her.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Aleksia. And this is Lucy." I smiled at them, and glanced worriedly back at Lucy, she wasn't usually this quiet. It turns out, she's really shy when she meets girls.
