There are people who have it worse, Yes,
But that slow beating in your chest,
Is because of those who have the best,
Of course they'll bring us down,
Just so their smile isn't a frown,
You will live to see better days,
And if every day was sunny,
I could live without the rain,
If I couldn't dream,
Would I be able to know I'm okay,
If you had a choice,
What would you do,
If you could live without the money,
If you could live without the pain,
What would you do to live that way,
I need myself,
Like I need you,
If you had a choice,
What would you do...
