Chapter 8.

Alexander pulled into the driveway of the Cullens home, quickly turning off the van and opening the door for Damien who was carrying Scarlett. Carlisle opened the door once he heard the door of the van slam shut. The rest of the Cullens were sitting the living room, Bella had taken little Renesmee outside to play with Jake.

Scarlett was falling in and out of conscious with a tight grip on Damien's shirt, all she was seeing was the lights nothing more nothing less. " Damien", she coughed and looked upwards towards his face.

"Scar stay with me, do you have any idea as to what happened?" Damien quickly rushed out the question, running walking over to the medical table and setting her down softly as Alexander helped Carlisle hook up all the wires and drips.

She blinked and looked up, barely coherent. " Wolfsbane, smelt it after I had given out the cure doses, my heavens I should have told you earlier but I needed to complete the mission. Andrews dead, made sure of it before you two arrived. " She mumbled the last part and closed her eyes with a death grip on his shirt. Damien moved so he was holding her hand while Alexander held her other hand checking her vitals.

"Scarlett, no no no stay with me!" Damien screamed loud enough to awoke the dead and it just did that as Scarlett quickly opened her eyes.

"Do that one more time and I'll have ur head Big brother" Scarlett mumbled.

Carlisle turned towards his medicine cabinet and grabbed out the cure against wolfsbane, adding a few drops into her drip. He looked into her eyes, love clearly shown through his eyes already know she was his mate.

Scarlett slowly began falling asleep, the cure working its magic with her body. Once Scarlett was fully asleep Carlisle cleared his throat and spoke. " May I talk to you two outside?" He asked and headed outside of the room with Damien and Alexander reluctantly following.

Both Damien and Alexander crossed their arms truly showing how buff they are as Damien nodded his head indicating for Carlisle to speak. " Your friend is my mate." Carlisle shuddered visibly scared about their reaction.

Alexander smiled softly and patted his back. " Congrats and you better take care of our little sister or else you're dead as well as your coven."

Just as he said that Luke ran into the hallway looking at the two and asking with urgency. " Is Scar okay? " Damien glared towards him.

" Wolfsbane, light dose from Andrew Coal. She successfully finished the mission though, nothing bad. " Alexander stated and as Luke relaxed but still shocked.

" No torches from Andrew? How many werewolves did she save?" Luke asked.

" Chocked and a few slaps nothing that Scar can't easily handle so stop worrying." Damien kept glaring know how much this dude affected her.

" 14 Werewolves, 8 tortured and 6 poisoned, she gave out the cure and finished the mission in less than 18 hours." Alexander simply answered while Carlisle was in shock that his mate has gone through so much.

" No one besides us 4 will know about this though, her cover has not been voided and we both know what happens if you or Carlisle spill your guts." Damien directed his words towards Luke, Luke gulped nervously and looked over to a confused Carlisle.

Carlisle looked at luke and asked. " What are they talking about?"

Luke stayed silent so Carlisle asked again.

"Damien, Remove the memories please we can't let anyone know about this," Alexander stated then headed back into the room Scarlett was in. Damien began his magic muttering some words then touching his finger to Both Luke's and Carlisle's foreheads successfully erasing their memories making it seem as though Scarlett came here for a simple checkup.

Damien finished and walking into the room where Scarlett was fully away and detached from all the wires, back in her normal clothes but sitting on the checkup table.

Carlisle walked into the room, looking up from his clipboard and smiling. " Hello, what brings you here this afternoon?" Carlisle asked placing his clipboard down and standing directly in front of Scarlett.

Scarlett blushed and mumbled quickly. " Check up; I have a sore throat. "

Carlisle nodded and began doing the normal routine,

Bella and the rest of the family speed into the house coming back from their hunt with baby Nessi and jake as well.

Bella ran into the room confusion and shock on her face. " Scarlett? What are you doing here? What happened?"

Scarlett noticed the bright red eyes but pretended to not notice, already knowing Bella was a vampire. "Check up, throat was sore so my two best friends took me to Carlisle knowing that Carlisle wasn't far away and could help. " Scarlett innocently stated making no sign of lying at all in her voice or actions. Alexander and Damien wherein Jeans with a simple dark shirt, having changed after they had fixed up Scarlett. She nodded her head towards the two as Bella looked them over as well as the rest of the family that had arrived.

"We didn't know you had friend with you, pleasure too meet you two. I'm Carlisle and this is Esme, Luke, Alice, Jasper, Emmett, Rose, Edward, Nessi, and Jake. " Each one waved while Damien just smirked and learned up against the wall and Alexander smiled slightly and nodded.

" Let the fun begin.."Scarlett thought.
