(Brianna P.O.V.)

"Alright, lass, Mercer just told me your job. You're not going to like it, and neither do I." Brynjolf said walking over to Brianna with a couple papers in his hands. "I can handle it-" "I know you can handle it. You just won't like it." He said cutting her off and smirking as she rolled her eyes. "What's the job, Bryn?" She asked quietly and crossed her arms as he ran a hand through his hair looking at the papers. "You have to go to Windhelm...you need to get close with the ones in charge of the Stormcloak Rebellion. There's a massive vault in the Royal Wing, full of jewels untold." Brynjolf said grinning slightly at the mention of the gold as Brianna's eyes widened. "Alright...I need more information." She mumbled also running a hand through her hair. "Like...?" "Who are the ones close to the High King? And who is the High King exactly?" She asked and Brynjolf nodded before looking at the papers.

"Ray is a good friend of the High King's, so are Michael Black Septim- his cousin- and Gavin. They're all Stormcloak soldiers, so you ought to meet them. The closest to the King is his first royal guard, EJ- or Eyeless Jack. Not much information on the man, or whatever he is besides he has no eyes." Brynjolf said shrugging and Brianna nodded. "Got it. What about the High King himself?" She asked and he nodded. "Jayden Black- Septim, 15th in line for the Emporer's throne, sister's are Lillian and Ariadne. His girlfriend, Pyrrha- she just recently died so he's not a very happy king, as you would imagine." He mumbled and looked back at his sister who sighed. "Anything else important?" She asked chuckling nervously almost.

"Just some brotherly advice, don't die and don't sleep with anyone. Especially don't get too close to anyone. Tonillia has your fake information you'll need to use once you're there." Brynjolf said and she nodded while starting to walk off before he grabbed her wrist and she turned around. "Hey, be careful, lass. I'll be at Windhelm in a month to check on you." He whispered with concern in his eyes while she smiled and nodded before he loosened his grip and she walked off into the Ragged Flagon once more.

"Ah, the ginger. I was wondering how long you'd take." Tonillia said chuckling as she smiled a bit and nodded. "The fake info, alright." She said and handed Brianna the papers. "Good luck ginger, and don't get killed. Gallus is the only thief we need dead around here." She said quietly and Brianna nodded before quickly heading out into Riften while reading her fake information.

Fake Information- Brianna Rose Beatley. No Siblings. Grew Up On a Farm. 18 Years Old. Strongly Believes In Talos.

-Good Luck Brianna- Vex

The last words on the page had really surprised Brianna, mostly because Vex didn't really even talk to her ever since her brother banged her when he was drunk. She was soon out of the gates of Riften before hearing arguing from behind her. "You didn't have to punch the guy!" A young woman with tattoos yelled as she jumped onto the carriage as a man rolled his eyes and sat across from her. "He touched your ass, Christina." "What if I liked it, Miller?" The so called Christina smirked and crossed her arms as he growled. "Am I getting into the middle of something here?" Brianna asked smirking as she got up and sat a bit farther away from Christina. "No." Christina hissed and the man smirked as she blushed. "Whatever, sweetheart." He said chuckling. "Where you all headed?" "Windhelm." All three of them said at the same time to the driver and Christina and the man looked at Brianna.

"You're heading there too?" Christina asked raising her eyebrow slightly and Brianna nodded smiling a bit. "What's your name, ginger?" The man asked before Christina smacked him. "The same could be asked for you." Brianna mumbled also raising her eyebrow at the two. "Christina Fahnhaelviet." "Jason Miller." They both said and nodded while Brianna smiled as the carriage started to go along the road. "Brianna Beatley." She said nodding.

"One question before we talk n' stuff...are you two...?" Brianna mumbled and Jason laughed. "No! By the fucking Maker!" Christina groaned and facepalmed while Jason just kept laughing his ass off. "I think I know you. You're the Harbinger of the Companions, aren't you?" Brianna asked quietly and Jason smirked and nodded. "That would be me, sweetheart." He said shrugging. "Why are you heading to Windhelm?" Christina asked raising her eyebrow. "Wanted to join the Stormcloaks. Fight for Talos and go up against the Empire." Brianna said quietly and Jason nodded. "Then we're going to the same place, the Palace of Kings." He said crossing his arms and then sighing. "This is going to be a long ride." Christina said chuckling. "At least you have someone to keep you company." Brianna said laughing a bit. "Anything's better than this dumbass." Christina mumbled smirking. "Wow. Harsh."
