Tanya's POV (point of view)
'COME ON!' My cousin yelled. She is only 12 years old, I just turned 18, she wants me to drive her to tescos. Ugh, cookie cravings? To be honest I didn't really mind. I had a TONNE of grocery shopping to do. See, I just moved into a complex. I didn't know anyone there. My fridge was WAY too empty for my liking, so I didn't really mind.
'COMING' I yelled. I could tell she was already outside, standing next to the car. I was walking down the hallway, my feet padding softly on the carpeted (is that a word) floor.
I was scrolling through my twitter timeline. It was a hilarious picture of the YouTuber Danisnotonfire. In all my laughter, I didn't realise I had dropped the keys to my Range Rover.
'Excuse Me' A husky voice called.
I turned my head very fast so that all the hair went in my mouth. I forgot all about that when I stared into those piercing green eyes. They were a medium green colour with emerald specks in them.
'Uh yes' I said falling out of my trance.
'Erm I think you dropped these' as he passed me my keys.
'Uhhh thanks' I said sheepishly.
He leaned forward and brushed the hair of my face. His touch sent electric shocks through my body and shivers down my spine.
'TANYA WHERE ARE YOU?' Ugh perfect timing. My obnoxiously loud cousin came in ruining the moment.
'Uh bye' The boy said running his hands through his chocolate brown curls. His voice was husky and a strong Cheshire accent was noticable.
Sighing, I walked out to find my cousin.
Once we arrived in Tesco's I couldn't help but wonder. What would have happened if she didn't ruin the moment? Would I have found out who he was? Would we exchange numbers? All these frustrating thoughts kept running through my head. I didn't realise how zoned out I was until I bumped into a group of boys.
'Sorry' I mumbled.
I looked up and there he was. Chocolate brown curls and all.
So this chapter was a bit boring I PROMISE it will get better! XoXoXo Mwaah.
