Chapter 3

Luna P.O.V.

I didn't sleep at all last night. I went to the bathroom and got dressed for the day. Madara did not have any women's clothes so I 'slept' in what I assumed was his shirt. I'll have to get a job today so I can buy clothes and other necessities. Also I'm positive that Madara will not let me stay here for free, I must think of something other than just giving him money to repay him. *grumble* Hah, well for starters I can cook us breakfast! I'm a damn good cook if I say so myself! I headed to the kitchen and told the chef to take the day off and that I was trying to do something nice for Madara. Lucky me I got a list of his favorite meal, Inarizushi, I'll have to make it perfectly. Before starting up breakfast I looked outside the bay view window, the sun was rising the sky was a beautiful orange-yellow color and the birds were chirping happily. This feeling in my chest of warmth, its a feeling I'm not familiar with but I knew exactly what it was something I have not felt in a very long time. A smile stretched across my face. Happiness.

Madara P.O.V.

I woke up relatively early the next morning. I looked outside at the sun, it had to be about 6am, but what is that smell? Someone is cooking? The chef doesn't normally start until 7:30 maybe he is here early. I headed downstairs and there was Luna setting down what I assumed to be my plate while holding hers. "Good morning Madara! I'll be cooking your meals today, here you go!" She had the biggest smile on her face, this is quite a change from yesterday. I sat down and ate my meal, I've never tasted something so simple as eggs that was so delicious. I must admit she can cook. After we finished our meal I handed her some money, "Here," she looked extremely confused, "You need clothes don't you?" I raised a brow and she smiled widely and nodded taking the money. "Meet me back here in 3 hours." She nodded once more then headed out the door. I went up to my office to get some work done while she was gone.

Luna came to the door dressed in a light blue kimono, it made her eyes glow. I began to walk leaving the house and she followed. "M-madara?"" I looked over my shoulder at her, "Where are we going?" I just smirked, "You'll see>"

After a sort of long quiet walk we finally reached the hot springs. I looked over at Luna and there she was with that goofy smile on her face. We walked to the desk to get a room but to my surprise before I could speak she wrapped her hands around my arm and leaned her head onto my shoulder. "Hello ma'am were on our honey moon, we were wondering if you had a room?" She smiled and held tighter onto my arm, Honey moon? I thought. "Oh my what a lovely young couple! Since you are celebrating your marriage I'll give you the sweet with a private bath for half price!" "That is very kind of you." I paid the woman and she gave us our room key, "Enjoy your night!" She waved happily while we went to our room. Once in the privacy of our room Luna let go of me, "I-I'm sorry about that, I-""Don't worry" "At least now we have our own spring! Im going to go in first, you can join me if you'd like!" I nodded and she ran to the water then signaled that I could enter. She turned around while I disrobed and stepped in the warm water sitting opposite from her. "This is nice," she hummed. I almost got lost starring at her bare shoulders and wet hair, she looked so elegant and relaxed. Sometime went by as we both sat in the water silently, I decided to order some dinner. "I'm getting out." I said as I stood up my chest was showing. As i turned around Luna jumped up and grabbed my hand, I turned my head and saw that her breasts were exposed. The feeling of her soft bare skin against mine sent a jolt through my body. I couldn't help but stare at her luscious curves and not to mention her full sized chest. She had water slowly dripping down every inch of her body, she looked so beautiful. We stood like that for a couple of minutes, her face turned a bright red and she yelped covering herself and turned around. For the first time I was at a loss for words, I had no idea what to say or do, so I left the water and put my clothes on and waited for her to come inside.

She must've wanted to say something since she grabbed my hand, I wonder what it was. After a while Luna walked in the room and dinner was served. But anytime she looked at me her face would turn as red as a tomato and she would quickly look away. "Here it's sake," I said as she took a cup from my hand and took a small sip, "I've never drank before." She looked down, "You'll be fine." I watched her fidget with her hands as if she was nervous. I stood up grabbed the sake and motioned for her to follow me. We went out to the balcony and watched the night sky. "Umm Madara.. I was wondering If tomorrow I could get a job. You were kind enough to let me stay in your home, I would like to repay you somehow." She looked up at me with her big blue pleading eyes. "You can do work around my house as well as continue to cook. I'll take the rent out of your pay." She smiled widely, "Thank you!"

After that we had some small talk, but mostly silence as we drank. I however stayed mostly sober, but I could tell she was drunk, so I put the bottle back inside. When I came back she looked up at me, "Say Madara," her words slurred, "Why did you give me this name, Luna?" I widened my eyes at her unexpected question. I put my hand on top of hers and looked into her eyes, "Because your skin shines like the moon in the night sky." I said softly, I saw a pink blush begin to grow under her eyes and I quickly realized we were pretty close to each other. Before I could move away she squeezed my hand then crashed her lips against mine. It shocked me at first but i quickly became intoxicated by how soft her lips were and deepened the kiss. We broke apart and she leaned her forehead onto mine, the smell of alcohol was prominent. That's right she was drunk. I picked her up bridal style, "Lets get you to bed." With that I laid her down and as I was about to leave she grabbed my hand. "Please stay," she said while blushing, "I feel safe with you near me, please stay." I turned around and laid next to her on my back. She immediately put her arm over my chest and wrapped her leg around mine, I cradled my arm around her body pulling her closer to me. Her skin is so soft, and her tiny hands are so delicate. I brushed my hand across her face moving strands of her hair behind her ear. She truly is beautiful. It's to bad she won't remember this, if anything that is for the best. Her actions were probably out of lust from being drunk. I looked down at her sleeping soundly,how could a woman like her possibly fall for someone like me? As much as I wanted to believe she wanted this deep down I knew it was just the alcohol. Why did I even want this though? Why did I enjoy her embrace, and holding her delicate body? Was I falling in love with her? I let out a sigh, I must stop these feelings. Luna deserves a better life, she deserves peace, freedom and someone who will make her happy. I can provide her protection for the time being but as I already know to well, anyone who becomes close to me suffers. I will not let that become her fate even if it means I cannot be a part of her life. I pulled her closer to me and kissed her forehead, how i longed for this moment to last forever.
