She walks for hours and night falls. "Meow?" Nightmare says as if asking a question. "Yes I know. But I do not trust the streets here. You do not want to be kidnaped do you?" Breanna says as she looks around. She see's a few homeless people sitting over a ben with a fire burning bright inside of it.
"Such sad creatures." She walks to a huge Estate and looks up for her eyes to be met with Crimson red eyes. "I thought I sensed another demon but not so close... we should probably find a place elsewhere to spent the night if we do not wish to be eaten for trust passing." She nodes to the eyes and turns to walk away as she feels a huge gust of wind that blows through her hair making it flow like waves from the ocean.
She looks back to see the eyes have disappeared. "Hmm..." she looks down and smiles slightly then walks away. "MEOW!" Nightmare hisses and jumps out of Breanna's arms and runs down a dark ally. "Nightmare! Wait up!" She runs down the dark ally after Nightmare and smells the strong scent of smoke like that of a pipe. "Nightmare come on! It's not the right place or time to play hide and seek!" She whisper yells hoping Nightmare was close by.
"Meow!" She hears nightmare hiss loudly and runs toward the sound and gets knocked to the hard ground when she runs into someone. It's to dark to make out who or what it was. "Stay back! I will hurt you!" Breanna yells out ready to fight fangs bared.
"My my what do we have here?" A mans voice says. Breanna stood up when he reached a hand out to her. "Ranmao do you know this young lady?" The mans voice called. Breanna see's a woman's shadow appear close to the mans. "Show yourself!" Breanna called out. "Your very rude one. Aren't you?" The man said coming into view by the light of the lamppost next to Breanna. "My names Lau. And that beautiful woman is Ranmao. And what is your name?" He says in-between puffs of smoke from his long pipe.
"My name is Breanna Grace. Cal me Bre." Breanna said. Nightmare stood beside the lady by the name of Ranmao. "Nightmare come here!" Breanna called out to the small black kitten. "Meow~" Nightmare rubs her head on Ranmao's leg and purrr's. "My apologies for running it you, Lau." You say in a apologetic voice. "It's quite alright." He takes a puff of his pipe and exhales before saying. "Excuse me for asking. But are you homeless?" Breanna thinks for a moment before answering. "My masters Estate burned down and he did not live." She lowers her head to make the story more realistic. "I'm so sorry to hear that." Lau says. "I would love for you to come live with us if you wish it." A sweet calm voice called out from Ranmao. "Oh that's fine... you don't have to."
"It would be my honor. And how are you going to feed yourself or this cute little kitty?" Breanna thinks for a bit. "Very well. It dose seem the best thing to do... I will come live with you. But I ask to not be mistreated. I don't ask for anything more than food and a place to sleep." Breanna says. "Mistreat you?" Lau says after exhaling a cloud of smoke. "Yes, hit me, yell at me, cuss me, or expect me to become your slave." Breanna calls back slightly harsh to get the point though. Ranmao seemed to gasp when Bre said those things. "Has someone done that to you?!" Ranmao ask worriedly. "I would never do anything like that! Nether would Ranmao!" Lau calls out. "Yes. My old master did that and worse." Breanna moves her hair reviling a large cut on her neck.
Ranmao runs to Breanna and looks closer. "We need to get you home. And fast before that can get anymore infected!" Breanna is a bit taken back by her actions then nods slowly. Nightmare jumps in Breanna's arm showing she is ready to go to her new home. "Do you have anythings you need to bring?" Lau ask. "Yes" you look at a small book bag. Lau takes the hint and picks up the book bag. "Let's go home." Ranmao says.

Breanna looks out the window as the carriage pulls up to a large house that seemed to be very old. "We have arrived." Lau said as he took a puff off his pipe. The driver came around and opened the door and helped Ranmao down then Breanna Lau stopped for a moment before entering the house as if something had caught his attention.
When Breanna looked over at Lau he was looking up to the top of the house. Then she followed his stare she was met once more with crimson red eyes. Lau seemed to have a small smirk on his face then walked inside. What's going on here? Is he following me? Do these people know him? Is he planning something? Breanna thought as Ranmao rushed her to her new room. When Breanna and Ranmao finally got to her new room she was breath-taken to see a large window, red velvet bed, soft carpet, a huge masters bathroom, huge closet, and a flat screen T.V. "Woah! T-this can't be true.." Breanna stuttered as she spoke. Ranmao giggled. "But it's not. It's all true. And it's yours." Breanna found herself hugging Ranmao and thanking her over and over.
Breanna was actually being treated like a human being for the first time sense... well sense her fiancé died.
