A/N - I'm having a bit of trouble making a cover for the story so if anyone wants to help it would be greatly appreciated.
I was walking home from school on a relatively normal December afternoon with my best bro Bensen Jackles, when he said "So, I was invited to this Christmas party at Randal Scavage's house, it starts in two hours. There's a plus one."
"Then who are you taking?" I asked looking at him skeptically
"You of course." He replied
"No really, who are you taking?"
"Ugh Ronny. You!"
"Really?"
"Yes and it's a costume party. So dress appropriately please."
"A costume party! Bensen why didn't you tell me!?!" I said running the rest of the way home.
SPN
"I thought I asked you to dress appropriately." Bensen told me with his classic 'I can't believe you' face as we walked to Randal's house.
"I would have put on something more appropriate." I said using air quotes "If you would have given me more leeway time. And besides, how is this inappropriate?" I asked gesturing to my costume. I was wearing a black wool suit, a black paisley print embroidered tie, and black Hadley loafers.
"Touché," he replied "but did you have to dress as Crowley? And what's with the black markering on your face?"
"The answer to your first question: Yes Crowley is awesome I had to dress as him, besides this is the only costume I have."
"Good thing you didn't grow much more than a couple of inches since last year's Halloween." He said laughing
I punched him in the arm and said in a terrible British accent "Now, now ducky, don't be like that. The answer to question two: The markering is because, if you remember, Crowley is a bit scruffy, I didn't have any better ideas so I figured 'meh, why not?". What about your costume?" I asked looking him up and down in distaste.
"What about my costume?" he asked looking at me defensively
"What about it? It's an elf! The only way you could be even more cliché is if you were Santa!"
"Yeah, well, at least I'm Christmas-y."
"Christmas-y? I'm so Christmas-y! Do you see this cufflink?" I said shoving my wrist in his face "Do you!?! It's a Christmas tree. You can't get much more Christmas-y then that." I said walking up the porch steps and knocking on the door.
When the door opened Randal was standing in the doorway, he was wearing a beige trench coat, dress shirt, a black blazer, flat front pants, solid colored blue tie, and dress shoes.
"Hey man!" Randal exclaimed looking at Bensen "How's it going?"
"Fine." Bensen replied
"Hi Ronny," Randal said turning to me "I like your costume. You make a cool Crowley."
"Thank you Randal." I said smiling evilly "You're a pretty cool Castiel."
"Thanks." Randal said as I smirked at Bensen and in return he stuck his tongue out at me.
"Well come on in guys!" Randal said happily as we followed him in "Drinks and snacks are over there "." He said gesturing to the corner of the room "And-"
"Karaoke!" I shouted excitedly as I made my way up a small makeshift stage. I started flipping through options "No. No. No. Boring." I then stuck out my tongue at the next option "I would never sing 'Santa baby' that's just gross." I sigh before I spot the perfect song "Frosty the snowman." I said happily then murmured to myself "More like Cassie the angel." Then I spoke up again in my British accent "Listen up my duckies! Tis I, your wonderful and faithful karaoke singer. Behold my awesomeness!" I announced bursting into song "Cassie the angel was a caring loving soul, with a pair of wings and an angel blade, but a heart made out of gold. Cassie the angel was a fairytale they say." I sang when suddenly I wasn't on stage anymore, I was standing on a table with two men turned away from me looking at a computer.
