The shadowed night walkers

chapter two

The hunters left and i waited an hour and now it was time for the escape to happen. I shifted into my human form and crawled through the window i had recently broken. As I ran through the dark forest I came upon a river, I swam in the river to cover up my scent and swam down the river about 7 kilometers before I got out. As I continued to run I started to feel this weird sensation like something was pulling me towards a mountain cave that was only 20 minutes away I could feel the draft from the cave. I couldn't fight the pull so i let it take over. It was hard to run even with a weeks worth of strength saved up, but i had to keep running my inner wolf was telling me to keep running so i did. After what seemed hours of running i couldn't run anymore i collapsed on the ground out of breath. As i was about to shut my eyes i looked up and saw a shadowed figure was hovering above me, I felt the same strong pull towards this person that i was having before..... I woke up in a room i was in a bed big enough to fit three people, as i look around the room i see a window. I get up out of the bed and walk over to the window and look out side, it was morning or maybe mid day i wasn't sure. I hear a knock on the door and a woman's voice " im coming in." I turn around and standing in the door way is a woman with long black hair a hazel eyes, she opens her mouth and began to speak " hi there i know you must be confused and scared but you are safe here are alpha found you and he brought you here." i just nodded to this information.I walked back to the bed and sat down ,the woman looked at me holding in her arms seemed to be a change of clothes." here i brought you this to change into and if you want there's a bathroom down the hall so i brought you a towel and facecloth in case you would like a bath." the woman set the clothes down along with some bathroom stuff and walked out of the room. i got up and walked toward the door i grabbed the stuff the woman brought and walked out of the room to find the bathroom.i walked in the first room i saw luckily my luck it was the bathroom.i was all sore from the past few days so i drew a bath so i could relax. after i had my bath i headed back to the room where i woke up in and there was a man standing by the window ,why was i having such a strong pull towards him. I walked in the room and he turned around , he was a very handsome man with short black hair and and a very muscular body. I put down what was in my arms and we both started walking toward each other like something was pulling us closer. the next thing i knew we where only centimeters from each other , he leaned down to my face and are lips touched. My wolf was telling me this was right, this is home, this is mate. are lips parted and we looked each other in the eyes and we both said MATE at the same time.
