"Guess who will be landing in Cali in t-minus seven hours!" The bright, vibrant voice of Johanna Stevens spoke over the phone, into the ear of Scott McCall. A smile slipped onto Scott's face as he grabbed his books, shoving them into his school bag.

"I can't wait, Jo. I feel like I haven't seen you in forever." Ever since Scott's parents got a divorce and his dad moved out, Johanna and Scott didn't see each other as often. They used to go on big family summer vacations together, but at this point in time, it would just be a tad awkward for both families considering Johanna's mother is Scott's father's sister, leaving Melissa and Scott out of the equation of family reunions and such.

"Don't get all sappy on me now, Scoot. I'm going to see you very soon." Johanna hummed into the phone, causing Scott to smile.

"Alright, alright. Well, I've got to get to school. I'll definitely see you later, Jo." Scott spoke into his phone, throwing his back pack over his shoulder.

"Sure, sure. I've gotta go hop on the plane soon anyway. Love you, Scoot." Johanna hummed into the phone.

"Love you, Jo." Before he could take a breath, Scott's phone beeped, signaling that Johanna had ended the call.

Scott shoved his phone into his back pocket, with a bright smile etched on his face, before walking towards his bedroom door. In his shadow, he couldn't help but to notice in the corner of his eyesight, what looked like, claws attached to his fingers.

He blinked a few times and shook his head before looking once again to see his normal clawless shadow. Ever since recent events, Scott can't help but to think he his actually losing his mind.

"Hey." Beta wolf, friend of Scott's, Isaac Lahey, spoke as Scott opened his bedroom door. The brunette boy jumped back startled, mumbling a quick 'hey' back. There's one thing Scott forgot to mention to Johanna. Another hot werewolf- well, the werewolf part she's still unaware of- is currently staying at the McCall household. It would be a bit tight, them all staying under one roof, but Johanna surely wouldn't mind. "Are you going to school?"

"Uh, yeah." Scott murmured, his eyebrows furrowing.

"Me too." Isaac spoke nervously, shoving his hands into his pant pockets. Scott eyed the boy with curiosity.

"Good." Scott nodded.

"Can I ask you a question?" Isaac spoke, rocking back and forth on his feet.

"Okay."

"Are you angry at me?" A look of concern etched on Isaac's face.

"No." Scott shook his head.

"Are you sure?" Isaac's eyes squinted as he looked at the werewolf.

"No." Scott hesitated.

There was only one thing in the world that drew a wedge between the two boys.

Allison Argent.

She had the beauty, the brains, the talent, the kindness. She was everything every girl wanted to be.

Boys practically flocked at her feet, but she never let it get to her head. She still remained the sweet but confident young woman that her parents always had taught her to be.

"What does that- what does that mean exactly?" Isaac questioned the alpha.

"I guess I'm not really sure how I'm feeling."
Scott spoke, the two boys still standing in the doorway of Scott's bedroom. The two exchanged unknowing glances with each other.

"Okay." Isaac whispered, more to himself than anything. "Do you hate me?"

"No, of course not." Scott reassured the nervous beta.

"Do you want to hit me?" Isaac spoke again, looking at Scott quite seriously.

"No."

"I think you should hit me." Isaac rushed, regret practically spewing from his pores.

"Isaac, I don't want to hit you."

"Are you sure?"

"Why would I want to hit you?" Scott began to chuckle at the silly blond. "You didn't do anything did you?"

"No, I mean, um, what do you mean?" The blue-eyed boy stammered.

"I mean, like, you didn't kiss her or anything, right?" Scott questioned.

"No! Absolutely not. No." Isaac reassured the brunette boy. Scott looked at the blonde boy for a few moments in curiosity.

"Did you want to?"

"Oh, yeah, totally." Next thing you know, Isaac Lahey was thrown out of Scott's bedroom-quite literally- hitting the wall, a picture that was previously hung up in the McCall hallway now on the floor with the blue-eyed boy.

"Hey!" Melissa McCall called, appearing at the end of the hallway. "You two supernatural teenage boys. Don't test my entirely un-supernatural level of patience." She spoke, eyeing the two boys. "If the two of you keep this up, I will not hesitate to let Johanna take both of your rooms and make the two of you take the couch together. A girl can always use a room for herself, and another for her shoes." She smirked before heading back downstairs.

"A girl? Who's Johanna?" Isaac asked quickly, obviously intrigued, his eyes shifting to Scott. Still, Isaac Lahey was sprawled out in the middle of the hallway. Apparently with the hectic nature of the past few weeks in Beacon Hills, and Johanna's sudden visit to town, communication had been a bit skewed.

"Oh, no, you are not going after my cousin, too." Scott hissed as he kneeled next to the boy on the floor. Scott pointed a finger at the boy, seriously, causing Isaac to cower. "Don't even think about it."
