Nine

Jinyoung's P.O.V.
"Fine. I'm just going to get my t-shirt." I told her and she nodded.
I quickly changed my t-shirt and went outside.
We walked for 4 minutes, until we got there.

We sat in a bench, and we saw the sun, rising.
"So, what are we doing here?" I asked, which is stupid. I already know the answer but I asked her.
She chuckled, "I told you 6 minutes ago!".
She hit my elbow and I laughed, "Aish! You little girl!" She stood up and ran. I chased her.
We laughed and laughed, and we sat back at the chair.

We talked about things, like jobs and stuff like that.
Until she asked, "Where's does your mom lives?".
"I don't know. She just suddenly left me at a lighthouse."
Flashback
"Mom! What's that over there?" I pointed to a big building.
"It's a lighthouse dear." She answered.
"Over there is a wishing well. You can wish everything there." She pointed the wishing well. She smiled and I ran there. I asked my mom for a coin.
I threw the coin and wished silently.
I wish me and my mom will be together forever.
I looked back to see if my mom is there, but she wasn't. I walked  far away and suddenly, I realized I was lost. I was scared and I cried, all alone there for one night. Until someone came.

"Little kid, what are you doing here? Are you lost?" A stranger asked me a question. I nodded at him.

"Where do you live?" That question made my mind confused. I didn't know were was my house before.
"No don't, Mister." I shaked my head left and right.

"What am I gonna do with this child, he's lost! I need you to come here to ask the people. Have pity on him!" He put his phone in his pocket.
"We're going to find your mother." He placed his and on my head.
"Are you hungry? I can buy you some food." He asked.

While I was eating, he asked a question.
"What's your name, little boy?"
"My name is Park Jinyoung." I politely answered him, and took another bite.

"Park Jinyoung, Park Jinyoung. I remember that name. What school are you enrolled?"
"At Seoul Elementary School." I quickly told him.

"Oh! Are you in 2nd grade?"

"Yes."
"Aren't you classmates with my daughter, Nayeon?"

"Yes."

"Oh wait someone's calling. Be right back."
He went outside and got a call.
(5 mins. Later)
"Someone's picking you up." He announced.
I was a little scared. I thought they were kidnappers, but they weren't.

Three minutes passed, and someone familiar came in.
It's my uncle!
"Ahjussi!" I ran to him and hugged him tightly.
"Jinyoung! Are you okay?" He asked me.
I nodded.
He looked at the stranger.
"Thank you." He said and we got home.
I lived at my uncle's house until I got a job.
End of flashback
"Oh! So your ahjussi helped you and took care of you? What a great uncle!" She said.
"He was my second dad."
A second of silence broke our conversation.

She looked at her watch and she was shocked.
"Oh! I have to go now! I'm so sorry! Bye!" She quickly ran away.

I forgot that both of them are childhood friends.
