so my neighbor and her friends invited me to do this piyo thingy which is basically pilates+yoga

i! will! not! walk! properly! tomorrow!
and the fact that i havent had a proper workout since like, seventh grade really doesnt help
but honestly if ur local yoga place offers it i 1000000% recommend like my friends are doing it in order to get fit for prom (which i will not attend) and the result theyre gonna get are probably gonna be gr8!!
and im also super uncoordinated so i was falling down and i literally look like a one-legged chicken
but it was fun!!
