The Truth About Acacia.

Chapter 13

Hey guys! I'm sorry i haven't updated, I recently lost my dad, and my grandma so I've been a little too sad to do anything! But im back! (: As always if you have any suggstions i'm always looking for a little twist!

I was still in shock that i had said yes to Connor. To be honest i was excited as the days came closer to Friday. I started feeling better about everything. My phone buzzed, i looked down to see who it was from Connor

*Hey, 3 more days! i can't wait to see you! *

I smiled and replie, *:) Im excited too!* 

we continued to text for a couple hours. Before i knew it it was 4:30 pm. I had done nothing all day. I decided to call one of my childhood friends Janet to see if she wanted to catch up and go shopping. Janet has long bleach blond hair, she has perfect staight teeth, and perfect skin. I always envyed her growing up. When i asked her to meet me at the mall, you could hear how excited she was. I threw my hair into a messy bun, and put on some high waisted jeans and a stripped crop top and my high tops, and left my house.

"Andrea" Janet yelled,

"Janet" I yelled trying to seem as excited as she was

we started walking toward the doors. While we were walking past Forever 21 I saw Kian and Acacia, I didn't really want to see them today. I started to walk the other way but Acacia of course had to open her mouth, "Oh look it Andrea Russett, Heard you have a date with Connor Friday." She smiled. Kian got up, "Andrea, can i speak to you" "I don-" He cut me off and grabbed my hand. "Really?! My best friend, are you doing this to get back at me" He partically screamed in  my face, I took my arm from his grip, "No Kian, not everything is about you!" I screamed back into his face, "You've already moved on and its fine, but god forbid i do, god forbid im ever happy again. Youre a piece of shit. " I walked away trying to hold back my tears. "Are you okay?" Janet asked, she seemed worried, "I just need to go. I'll call you later. Im sorry" I say and run out of the building that seemed to be caving in in my mind. I can't believe she said that.  Connor's been calling me, i haven't got myself to answer. Did he tell her? He wouldn't, how did she find out? So many things running through my mind.

I couldn't handle it, I thought that i should take a bubble bath and clear my mind. I filled up the tub, and lit tiny candles all around the bathroom, and turned off all the light.

I stayed in there for about and hour. It felt nice to be away from everything for a little bit. I took off all of my makeup which i wasn't wearing very much. I changed into some shorts and one of Kian's old shirts. I checked my phone, I had several missed calls from Janet, Connor and Kian. I didn't return any of them. At this point i was over it. Over Everything. I just wanted to get my date with Connor over with. 

*FRIDAY*

I started fixing my hair and makeup, I curled my hair, and i was wearing a high waisted maroon skirt with a long sleeved black crop top with combat boots. My heart was racing. Since Tuesday I've been avioding all contact with everybody.  Before i knew it Connor was here. I grabbed my purse and went outside to his car. "You look.. Beautiful" Connor smiled, "Thank you" I timidly said as i got into his car.  We didn't really talk the whole car ride. It was awkward. When  we got to the movies things felt a little more comfortable. We got our tickets and i went to go get us our seats while Connor got our food. Connor soon came in and found me. After about 30 minutes connor leaned in and kissed me, i was heasitent, but i went with it. I liked it, it was different, better. We stayed and watched the rest of the movie. "Um, It's kinda late do you wanna just stay at my place tonight?" Connor asked, "Um.. sure" I smiled. Tonight was better than i thought it would be. I was excited to see what the rest of the night had to bring. After being at Connor's for a little while i fell asleep on his chest on his couch.

I woke up in Connor's arms. It felt right, I felt comfortable. "You awake?" Connor yawned, "Yeah, but you can still sleep" "No, it;s fine I'll wake up" He laughed. "Are you hungry?"  "a little" i replied, "Well get cleaned up lets go out, it's on me" i got up and went to his bathroom. I took my makeup off and put my hair into a sid braid. When i got out Connor was already dressed and ready to go. He took me to a bakery down the street from his apartment. We sat there and laughed, and kissed the while time. I felt at home with him. When we were done eating we went back to my house and fell back sleep on my bed.
