Wind blew against the small pick up truck, running through my hair as anxiety came bubbling into me. It was the first time I was going to be away from my home, let alone moving into an apartment. Sure, I missed my parents but the thought of living alone, with only strangers around you, scared me a bit. Maybe more than that. My parents told me that its a good opportunity to meet new people and make friends, but they dont know.
A person with anxiety who is also, to mention, the most anti social person ever. This was almost impossible for a person like me, but I didnt have any other option. Now that I was an adult, I should be able to take care of myself. As growing up, I wasnt the 'popular' kid nor the nerd of the class.I would be the classic mediocre student. Someone no one wouldnt bother to pay attention. That's basically how my student life was. Totally unnoticed. Well, I was still in university, graduation was just a few weeks apart. I was some what excited, finally to be done with three years of hard work.
The GPS beeped as to indicate that the location had arrived. I looked out of the tinted window to see a five storey apartment. It was painted a plain white with a few cars parked in the parking lot. I drove in, and parked my car in the nearest lot to the entrance. I had to give the door a little push before it flew open. It was a hand-me-down car from my dad, not all that impressive. Hopping out of the truck, I put my hand over my eyes to block the sun out. The weather was nice, warm sunlight and cool breeze. I unloaded the smallest cardboard box out of the back of the truck and headed inside the apartment. I checked for any security guards, but there were none around. With a sigh I climbed the stairs to the third floor. I set the box down and took out the house key to be sure the number. It said, C2. I picked the box back up and as I neared the door, I heard the lock to another door click open. Immediately I got anxious, since I didnt know who would be on the other side of the door. The small box in my hand almost fell down as the person behind the door peeped outside.
It was him. Taehyung.
Something hot was boiling in my throat, rushing up to my head. I gripped the box tightly, as my hands were going loose.
He just came here to visit someone, didnt he? He couldnt be staying here. No.
He stood there as the door closed behind him.
I couldnt move.
'You must be new here, are you the one who's moving in C2?' he asked.
I wanted to say something but nothing came outside my mouth. Nothing.
All I could do was stare at the person infront of me, how his hair hung above his eyes, which glowed softly like lit candles. His delicate skin, just everything about him was perfect.
'I'll help you with that,' he moved towards me, reaching his hand to the box.
I couldn't move.
His fingers brushed against mine, as he took the box from me.
'You'll have to open the door, you know.' he said pointing towards the lock.
'O-Oh right. Sorry.' I fumbled through my pocket to get the right key out.

We were dripping with sweat by the time we got the last box up.
He had helped me with bringing the boxes.
I could only think, of all people in this apartment, did it have to be him? Weren't there 7 billion other people in this world?
This is what fate does? Doesn't it?
It was evening already, the sky a batter of purple, pink and orange. The birds chirped their evening song, on their way to home.
I hadn't spoken much during the whole time, though he kept trying to start conversations.
'Thank you, for helping me today. I couldn't have done it myself.' I said as I started backing up into my apartment.
'No worries at all.'
I was about to close the door, when his hand stopped me from doing so.
'y-yes?' I said with astonishment.
'However,' he licked his lips slowly, 'you should probably stay over my place today.'
'Why is that?' I asked with confusion.
'You see, you're going to notify the security to get electricity and water , since this place is been locked up for a while now.'
'Oh. Well then..' I locked up my home and followed him to his.
'Get in.' he said as he unlocked the door.
My mind was a fuzz as he spoke those words, as I couldnt just register what he had said. Did he invite to sleep over at his house? This couldn't be true..The charming Ta-
My thoughts were stopped when I entered the room. The walls were painted a creamy white and covered with unique photographs. The house was neatly kept with dark wooden furniture and decorations all over. The kitchen was fitted with tightly closed closets and a row of colourful cups hung under the cabinets.
'Wow..Its so..pretty.' I said as I touched the soft cushioning of the sofa.
'You like it? Have a seat.' He said setting down his keys on the table.
I looked around the house, clean sheets covered the bed, a collection of clothes and shoes lined the wardrobe, books of various shapes and sizes were tucked in the shelves.
'I see you have already taken the tour of the house.' he said placing the mugs of coffee that he had in his hands, on the small circular table. 'Even though there's nothing much to see.' he said with a little chuckle.
I was startled and almost knocked the book down the self. How he had entered the room so soundlessly, I dont know.
'Its still great, how you keep things.' I said taking a seat on the couch.
'Some say that I have a unique taste,' the couch dipped down as he sat down,' Coffee?'
'Sure.' I took a sip of the coffee, it tasted perfect. Just the right amount of sugar and milk.
'How did you-'
' Jungkook, how long-' We started at the same.
'H-How do you know my name?' My whole body was heating up, just as he said my name.
'Dont be silly, I have known you for two years.' he said taking another sip.
'You've known me? How?'
'Now you're acting really weird Jungkook. We went to the same university!'
'B-but I thought you never-'
'Anyway you might want to clean up, dont you? We've been working all day.' he got up and made a gesture to follow him.
I got up and followed him anyway.
'I've left you a towel and fresh clothes. Dont bother returning them though.' he smiled and shut the door, leaving me in the room.
I took a warm shower, letting the water to get absorbed in my skin. The smell of the soap, the one which reminds you of the orange autumn and the light sun, filled the bathroom. I wiped myself dry and wore the clothes he had laid out on the bed for me. Even though I had had a refreshing shower, I was utterly tired, my eyelids fighting to stay open. I flopped onto the soft bed and fell asleep immediately and my head crashed on the pillow.
