Even when there's no one for you
Even when you are left alone
Sitting by the window
Watching the happy faces from it
Even when you don't have a reason to smile
Even when you are missing your loved ones
Even when everything seems dark to you
Even when It's not your day
Just remember the first time you opened your small eyes
Just remember the first time you slept calmly on your mother's lap
Just remember the first time your parents smiled because of you
Just close your eyes and
Relive the old memories
Just relive the first laughter you had
Close your eyes and conjure the happy you
Don't fall weak with the little hurdles on your path
Never let anyone blow you into a Bastille
Be the bright moon in the dark night
And just remember
That you once smiled 💝
