One in a Million

"Ok, guys, get ready, we're on air in 2 minutes, places please," the director said. EXO will have their online convo with the fan with the last slot. After the two, where in they went shirtless for her, they went working out for her onstage, they wished the last one won't stress them out.

"I'm hungry," D.O complains.

"Keep it in, this one's last," Leader Suho says.

D.O sat back on the couch, he did not care, he was too hungry to do anything.

"Ok guys, we're on air in 5, 4, 3....." D.O still paid no attention. "2.. and On air!!"

"annyeong haseyo!!" EXO said, except D.O

"Hi!!" a sweet voice replied. D.O  was compelled to face the screen, but he was too tired and sleepy.

"Congratulations, you are given one wish, so please choose carefully,"

"I've made up my mind, I just want one song," D.O was surprised that he opened his eyes but he still didn't face the screen. Just a song? Lots of girls would have wished anything but a song? Wow. He thought

"Okay, so what song?" Chen asked, relieved.

"No! To make it more special, let's choose a song for her!" Chanyeol protested. Among the twelve he was the one still active. Suho was fighting the sleep compulsion, so was Chen and Xiumin. Lay was half asleep. Sehun and Luhan cuddled so did Kris and Tao, fighting the urge to sleep. The others' eyes where half close, and D.O layed his head back.

"But, she must choose who among us must sing," Suho said. Chen and Canyeol agreed.

"D.O" was the name that came out from the girl's lips.

"D.O!!!" Suho tapped D.O's shoulder. He had no choice, but to sing. He went up, looking annoyed. the moment he faced the screen, everything stopped.

He saw, on the screen, above the name "Kate Yleslie" was the most beautiful face he might have seen. All his stress went away, seeing the girl with a long red wavy hair, sparkly green eyes, pale skin tone broad eyebrows.He stared for half a minute.

"D.O!!: Chen tapped D.O

"Ne?" D.O went back to consciousness.

"Pick a song for Ms. Pretty" Chanyeol explained.

D.O looked at her again. and he knew the perfect song for her. Then, he whispered something to Chanyeol. They both went up carrying stools and Chanyeol had his guitar.

"This song is for you, it's one of the English songs i know well, i hope you like it," D.O said sincerly.

Then, the intro started and D.O sang

The girl flushed, and everyone clapped while D.O stared and Chanyeol noticed. The girl waved goodbye. and it was over

"Hey, what;s wrong?" Chanyeol asked

"Nothing, isn't she cute?"

"Well, she was pretty."

"Guys, let's go, we have to go to the FM station," Chen told them, when they looked, everyone was up.

"Ok let's go"

On the way, D.O can't concentrate, he was panicking for no reason. When they arrived, many things happened, things, which didn't receive D.O's attention. then, he was asked to sing.

All, he could think of Kate, and he planned to sing the song again to let the memories flow.

He wrote in his mind,

this is for the girl, who captured my heart, the moment i saw her. For no reason, she brought brightness to my world. I never thought love at first sight was real. This is for that girl, who made my heart stop, the girl who had adored me for years, and for the first time, i adored her back, i chose her, she's the one, in a million.

And he sang. that's how the song came to be.
