Jack Frost

Jack be nimble,

Jack be quick,

yet poor jack forgot to check if the ice was thick.

Emma was still,

Emma was late,

Though Emma’s brother has now become part of the lake.

Time has passed.

Time has gone.

Time brought, Jack back completely wrong.

He was solemn,

He was brave,

He left his coat on Emma’s grave.

Emma was sad,

Emma felt scared, yet Emma knew somewhere inside, her dear brother truly cared

Jack was lost,

Jack had forgot, That before any of this, he had a little story before the plot.

Jack had wondered.

Jack had fought.

Jack had remembered,

Finally

In which he had forgot.
