3rd Person's POV
After a few weeks since Eren has been released in the hospital, Levi went to the dog shop to give him a present. Probably for being alive.
~Lil Flashback~
"Ne, Eren." Levi called,
"Hm?" Eren hummed in response.
"Hm... I want to give you a present." Levi mumbles.
"For what?" Eren asked.
"Uh... For getting healthy again?" Levi scratched his back of his neck.
"A puppy! I always want a puppy! A siberian husky!" Eren giggled cutely.
"Okay.." Levi just smiled and he thought, "A puppy... Huh?"
~End of Lil Flashback~
Levi entered the dog shop, and the girl with a brunette hair with glasses welcomed him.
"Hello there! Welcome to-" The girl recognized the short man and she beamed.
"O-Oh! L-Levi!! Good to see you!" Levi stared at her, until he recognized the girl.
"Hange, Nice to see you." Levi smiled.
"What brings you here, lil' bro?" Hange teased Levi.
"Tch. Stop calling me that, four-eyes." Levi hissed.
"Okay, Okay," Hange backed off a little, laughing.
"So, what brings you here?" Hange asked.
"I'm looking for a fish, do you have one? Of course I'm looking for a dog." He glared.
"Oops. So what kind?" she asked.
"Siberian Husky," He said blankly.
"Cool." Then Hange dragged him to the Siberian Huskies.
While they are walking, Hange remembered something,
"Yo! How are you and Eren?"
"We're good. He finally got out from the hospital. And he's feeling better now." Levi explained.
"Ah, I see. So you're giving him a present? Because he's already cured?" She asked.
"Kinda, and our anniversary is coming up." Levi smiled and Hange grins, they arrived at the siberian husky section then Levi squealed as he saw a grey-ish dog with a green and blue eyes. Hange saw Levi's face and she smiled,
"Oh. That one was a new born. You can take her." Hange took the dog gently.
"So cu--- I mean how much?" He said.
"Nah. You can take it. Since you and Eren are my friend." Hange winked and Levi smiled.
"Thanks, bro." Hange handed the dog to him.
Levi went out then thanked Hange,
"Say Hi to Eren for me." Hange handed him the dog foods, a collar and a brush for the dog, Levi just nodded.
"Thank you very much, Hange." Levi bowed as he wave a goodbye to Hange.

Eren was cooking while Levi is out, he wanted to surprise his husband since today is their anniversary. Eren thought that Levi forgot their anniversary, but he didn't care. Levi is really busy these days, so Eren made an Pork Cutlet. Eren made the table romantic, lights up the candles and threw some petals on the floor. After a few minutes, he heard a knock.
Eren immediately opened the door and he saw Levi, holding a bouquet of flowers with a cage (Ahem. He's gonna cage Eren in lol Jk.) with the Siberian puppy.
Eren stared at the puppy in awe. He didn't expect Levi to really bought it. He hugged his lover tightly then he kissed him passionately.
"T-Thank you.." he took the flower and the puppy.
"I smell food." Eren chuckled when Levi said that.
"Yep. I made something~" Eren hummed, then Eren pets the puppy then he released him. The puppy was already on the carpet, probably sleeping.
So Eren dragged Levi to the kitchen, then Levi's eye widen as he saw the romantic aura. Eren blushed a little,
"Sorry if I only did this.." Eren looked down, then Levi cupped his cheeks.
"No, hun, you did great. You even made me a Pork Cutlet." Levi kissed him, then held his hand.
"Really..?" Eren looked at him, then Levi nodded.
"Glad you liked it." Eren hugged him tight. After the cuddles, the two couple ate their foods.
Then after a few hours, they fed their dog, Levi just looked at Eren, admiring his smiles, Levi can't help falling in love with him, again and again.
Eren glanced at Levi and he caught him staring. Eren snapped his fingers to wake him up in his day-dream and Levi blushed hard.
"I-I'm sorry." Levi looked away, being a tsundere he is.
"Its alright, sweetie." Eren kissed Levi's cheeks then the puppy jumped at Levi's lap. Eren squealed for how adorable they look.
"By the way, what are you gonna name the puppy?" Levi looked at Eren.
"Probably... Delta." Eren smiled. Eren saw confusion in Levi's feature.
"Because... We saw the southern cross (crucifix constellation) together." Eren closed his eyes as the memories of that night flood his mind.
"Ah. That night was so special." Levi smiled, then he whispered into Eren's ear.
"Shall we do it again?" Levi smirked then Eren grins.
"Where?" he asked,
"At the rooftop, hun." Levi answered.
Then Eren immediately drags Levi to the rooftop then they looked up.
They saw the stars, and the southern cross. Eren and Levi looked at each other. Levi was so happy to see Eren like this. It may sound cheesy but Eren glims under the stars. Completely mesmerized, Levi cupped Eren's cheeks and he kissed him passionately, Eren kissed back.
Levi's hand snaked into Eren's waist then he pulled him closer,
"Happy 14th Anniversary, hun." Levi and Eren said in sync.
The couples just smiled, and they kissed again, the shooting stars being their mistletoes.
