The dreams that we have are symbolic to our lives. Religions believe that it is God showing us the way. Scientists' research shows that dreams are just a way for our brain to make sense of things. But the Catchers believes otherwise.
They say that dreams are manifestations of what is to come. Visions of the future.
But with every good thing there is a force of evil to corrupt the weak minded. Nightmares.
These creatures will torment you with alternative versions of life. Kill you time and time again for pleasure. Show you terrible things that makes your unconscious body scream and thrash. Only to wipe your memory of any of that happening to lull you into a false sense of security when you go to sleep.
They were expertly named Midnight Chaos or just Chaos.
And as Catchers we are meant to protect the people against Midnight Chaos. Train to be conscious whilst dreaming to fight them. Train to reach across into others brains to help people not to succumb to the Midnight Chaos.
