2. Getting a job.

I woke up with my feet on my pillow and my head at the end of my bed. How on earth did I turn around in my sleep without waking up? I just laughed at myself and got up. I checked my phone and it was only 8.
"Damn that's quite early," I said to myself.

I went downstairs and into my kitchen. I decided to make myself some breakfast. I got myself some cereal, milk, a spoon and a bowl. I put my cereal in the bowl with some milk and my spoon. I sat down on my couch and watched some television and YouTube.

I finished my cereal and washed the dishes.
"What to do, what to do?" I whispered to myself. "Oh yeah! I need to look for a job!!" I shouted to myself again. I mentally and physically face palmed myself. I went back on my couch and got my laptop. I started looking for some jobs but nothing was really catching my eye. I was looking for something that includes editing or something to do with photography or video cameras.

After hours of looking I found a link with the caption 'looking for an editor, sign up now!' Might as well look at it, I thought to myself. I clicked the link and it sent me to a page with a photo of three men back to back. I scrolled down and it said something about editing youtube videos. That's like perfect for me!!

I signed up and put all my details. They said they'll call me or email me soon. I was so excited! I put my laptop away and carried on watching tv. A few moments later I get a call from an unknown number? I picked it up because my curiosity was killing me.

"Hello?" I asked.
"Hi, is this (Y/N)?" A mans voice spoke.
"Yes it is, who are you?" I asked once again.
"Thank god! I though I got the wrong number," he laughed. "I'm Matthias from team edge, you signed up this morning, correct?" 
"Ahh yes, that's correct," I answered politely.
"Okay cool, I just need to ask a few questions is that okay?" He asked.
"Yep, that's perfect," I smiled.
"Okay, do you know how to edit videos?"
"Yes,"
"Great! Do you know what YouTube is?
"Of course I do!" I laughed.
"Perfect! One more question... do you know how to have fun?"
"HECK YEAH!!"
"OK COOL!!" We both started laughing.
"I like you, are you free tomorrow?"
"Yep, I am indeed,"
"Cool I'll call you tomorrow then, byee!!"
"Okay byee!" I replied.

As soon as I hung up my tummy growled meaning I was hungry. Now you see, I'm always hungry or I eat when I'm bored so I don't have much food since the last time I was here. I might as well go around and look at places for lunch. First I need to get changed.

I got up and went back into my bedroom. I got out my (F/C) high waisted shorts and a nice (F/C) baggy crop top. I went to my other drawer and got my undergarments. I went in the shower washed my body and hair then got out. I put my clothes on and dried my hair. I decided it to leave it down because it actually looked nice.

I grabbed my phone, keys, purse and headphones then headed out into the cool breeze that was blowing through my hair. I decided to walk because the main town wasn't far from my house. I plugged my headphones into my phone and started to listen to some music whilst walking. I turned around the corner and saw a middle aged man walking a dog! Oh my god its so cute!!! Dont touch the dog (Y/N), dont touch the dog! As much as I was trying to look away I kept looking back at it.

The man must have seen me trying to restist it because he asked,
"Do you want to touch her? She doesnt bite i promise."
"Oh my gosh! Yes i would love to!" I replied. I started to pet her and all of a sudden I forgot how hungry I was. "You're so cute, aren't you?" I said in a high pitched voice. the man just laughed.
"Her name is cali, if you wanted to know," he told me.
"Awh, hi cali!" I said to the dog. As soon as i said that my stomach growled again. I stood up. "Thank you, sir, for letting me pet little cali over here," i laughed.
"No problem, I could tell you wanted to pet her," he laughed too.
"Thank you again, sir, have a great day," I smiled.
"You too," he replied.
