chapter 5

I woke up still at my desk from last night. I got up and decided to get a nice warm shower. After my shower i desided to take this day to fix up my new car so i went into the garrage and poped the hood. I was surprised at how clean and new the moter was i borrowed my dads battery and hooked it up, i got in the car and slid the key in the ignition, it took a few tries but it started. It was a rough start it rumbled as it sat there i opened the garrage doors and decided to take a little ride, so i got in and rolled down the driveway, it was a manual transmission so it was a little tough to drive. I shifted into first gear and slowly took off. I shifted into second gear...the whole car shook and then into third gear as we approached town. I stoped at a blockbuster video store and applied for a job since i needed a little extra cash. While i was there i saw German, he ran over to me and hugged me rapping his arms around my waist. He looked up as i rubbed the back of his head with my hand. Do you want to go to a bar later i said. Sure German said as we walked out together, we both got into my car and drove behind the store where finaly we could get some privacy. I tuned the raideo to r&b and we kissed...his lips greeting my lips softly, wondering what would happen next.
