(Dalton's POV)

I come home from the recording studio at around 11am ish to a girl wearing a loos grey top and black leggings that hung off her small frame, she had brown hair and matching eyes. Jammed in her ears were two earphones, she was laying down on the couch avoiding everyone.

That is until I walked in, her eyes lit up for like a second before they went back to 'normal', her eyes held so much anger and pain and it made me go crazy. why does this girl I only just met have this kind of power over me.

"Who's the girl?" I asked Cole since he was staring at her like he was... protecting her?

"Dude, it's Cleo. You know? My little sister Cleo?" He hinted. This was not the Cleo I knew, there was something different about her.

I felt eyes looking at me so I turned my head to see the culprit sitting on the couch blushing, it was hard not to look at Cleo but I tore my eyes away when I heard Cole clear his throat.

"Cleo will be staying with us until she gets better." He informed my eyes widened. Was Cleo ill? What happened to her? She use to be so happy and full of energy. One drastic change I noticed beside from her mood was that she had lost a lot of weight, she must be critically under weight.

Cole took me to the kitchen with Will folowing cloes behined leaving Gabe to look after Cleo.

"Is she ok? She must be under the helthy weight for a girl of her height and age, what is she? 5'5"?" I asked.

"She is" Cole sighed.

"What happened?" I asked desperate to know.

"Cole!" Gabe cried despretly as we rushed in.

When I walked in Cleo was in the corner looking at Gabe as if he was some monster.

"What the hell did you do?!" Cole yelled.

"Nothing. She started crieing so I went to comfort her but she just jumped away." Gabe explained as Cole went to Cleo's rescue.

"It's okay Cleo, Gabe won't hurt you, I promise, no one here will, trust me." Cole comforted his crying twin.

"Cole, where will she sleep?" I ask.

"My bed, I'll sleep on the couch in my room to keep an eye on you, okay?" Cole answerd me before explaining where he'd be sleeping to his sister.

All she did was nod her head yes as she cautiously got up and pulled down her top lower so it almost reached her knees, she must be really selfconcious now.

"Did you bring any spear clothes with you?" I ask Cleo.

She shook her head no and sighed, well it was a srart.

"Want me to go get you some or would you prefer to come pick your own?" I ask.

A shrug, damit yes or no answers only.

"Do you want to come with Cole and I to the store to pick up some clothes." I ask.

I got a nod in resbonse along with a blush. "You saw the girl Cole, come on we're going shopping." I joke around to see if she'd laugh but no, not even a giggle.

I hopped in my black Maserati GranCabrio and Cole sat besied me in the passanger seat whilst Cleo sat in the back nervously.

"How about we pick up your girl Faith on our way?" I suggest.

Faith is Cole's girlfriend of 3 years and was actually a pretty cool chick.

"I think it would be kind of nice for Cleo to have another girl around, what do you think Cleo?" Cole turned around in his seat to look at his little sister whilst I glanced at her through the rear view mirror.

All she did was smile brifley and nod her head quickly before going back to her phone.

Next thing I know my phone buzzed in my back pocket, I pulled it out and hand it to Cole.

"Dude can you read me that message?" I ask keeping my eyes on the road.

"It's from an unknown number, Hi Dalton it's Cleo-"

"Cleo?" I confirm a little confused that she'd be texting me, how did she even get my number?

"Yeah, anyway, this is my number, I got your's from Cole, I thought since it seems like we'll be spending a lot of time together you might as well have this so we can comunicate untill I feel ready to talk." Cole read.

"Thanks Cleo." I smile she smile back for a second before texting me "You're welcome Dalty Dolphine."

"You remember me Cleo Kitty." I smirk.

"Yeah still hate that nickname though." Cole read as Cleo stared daggers at me.

"Oh come on, you love it really." I tease.

"Actually no because you use to call me fat kitty and the nickname stuck long after you were gone." Her eyes bacem harsher as Cole continued to read.

"I'm so sorry Cleo, I was 7, I would have never called you that if I knew you'd get bullied for it." My eyes softened in apology.

"It's fine Dalty Dolphine." Cole read again before we pulled up at Faith's house.

"I'll be right back, I promise Cleo." Cole sighed.

"I'll go get Faith, I don't think she trusts me enough yet and we don't want another isident like Gebes, do we?" I laugh.

I walk over to the front door and knock on it before waiting for an answer.

Soon the door comes fling open to reviel a very chirpy Faith as usual until she looks at me and pouts.

"Where's my Coley baby?"

"He's babysitting his sister in the car, look before you start bugging her to be your friend she's fragile, she won't talk to us and if we go near her she runs away, take it easy on her okay?" I fill her in.

"Of corse I will." She skips towards the car, I could tell just by Faith's reation she was not going to go easy on Cleo.
