Chapter 5 At Glaz' place

Nick woke up slowly. His vision was all blurry so he winked many times to make the blurriness go away. "Nicholas, its good you're awake now." Glaz was sitting on a chair, in front of Nick. Nick then realized that he was tied to another chair. His eyes widened in panic, but then he also realized that he could easily free himself. He ripped off the rope with his claws and jumped at Glaz.
Nick smashed into something hard and fell down to the ground. "My nose." he moaned while he held his muzzle with his paws. A bullet-proof-glass wall seemed to be between him and the weird grey-wolf. "I knew you would try that. You're probably disorientated and very confused. I would've reacted the same way. But now that I've explained it to you, I will open the wall. Because you have calmed down, at least I hope so." Glaz said, stood up and went to another wall where he pushed a button. This caused the glass-wall to go into the ground and the lights turn on. Nick looked around and saw that they were in a basement of some sort and it was only him and Glaz. Glaz went up a staircase and into a very comfy living room. From there, he went into the kitchen while Nick waited in the living room. Glaz came back with a glass of water and gave it to Nick. He emptied the entire glass immediately and asked for another one. Glaz brought him another and pointed him to sit down at the big table in the kitchen. It was all in wolf-size so it was easy for Nick to get on the chairs. Glaz opened a letter and gave it to Nick. "I received this from Jack just the last day when you were still unconcious. I haven't looked at it yet so, what's inside?" Nick reached into the letter and pulled out 2 photos. The first one showed a sleeping Judy on a chair. It looked pretty normal besides the fact that it was even taken. But then Nick discovered the pink-fluffy handcuffs around Judy's ankles. She was tied to the chair with them. On the bottom of the photo someone had written: "Pre" with red ink. Nick looked at the next one, but this one made him shiver and almost throwing up, if he would have had something in his belly. It showed a naked Judy with several beating signs and her face and 'private' area was covered with a fair substance. Nick knew what it was and you didn't need to be a genius for that. On this photo it said: "After", which was also written in red ink. Nick threw the photos across the desk back to Glaz. He showed the same reaction and placed them upside-down on the desk. He then opened a file and gave Nick two other photos. Nick didn't understand. The photos showed pretty much the same thing but it was a bunny with black fur instead of Judy. Nick looked confused at Glay and said. "Why are you showing me this?" "Do you see the coincidence?" Glaz simply replied. Nick aggressively answered now. "Yes I do but why?" Glaz turned around the file he was holding and showed it to Nick. "Read this." Nick did so.

Case-description:

Amanda Savage has married her husband Jack Savage shortly after they first met. But soon after the wedding. She called the police on the 25th of March in 2008 because of the (citate: "Rape fantasies") of her husband. They divorced shortly after, but she wanted to continue the case against her husband. But then for an unknown reason, she let it close because of (citate: "personal reasons"). She lives in Zootopia at a hospital for mentally deceased people now and is classified as "Mentally heavy disturbed"

After Nick finished reading, he looked up at Glaz. But the grey-wolf read another file with Jack Savage's name on it. He read loudly. "Name: Jack Savage, 29 years old, lives in Zootopia. This file was created by his former agency by the way. Jack Savage has been main suspect in a rape-case against his own wife and several other females in and around Zootopia. The FBI fired him shortly after the case with his wife happened." Glaz looked at Nick and then continued to read. "Medical report. This was made over the past few years. First medical and physical inspection at FBI was perfect. But his psychological inspection was terrible. Psychological inspection: Jack Savage has many perverted thoughts about many different things. He can easily be triggered and has a short fuse with a high temper. Recommending special psychological training. New entry from 2009: ex-agent Savage has a very agressive and brutal personality but he can easily hide it because of the psychological training of the FBI. He has pure hate against any predator and prey, who even talk to predators. Has many thoughts about (citate: "a world where preys and preds are not co-existing.")." Glaz looked up from the file again and closed it. "I want to help you Nick. You clearly see that something about Jack Savage isn't kosher at all and it needs to be discovered." Nick held up his paw and paused Glaz. "Before you continue tell me something." Nick said with a calm voice first. But now he shouted. "Why did you punch the shit out of these police officers and why did you even bring me here?" "Because I wanted to protect you and everyone else in the room." Glaz said calmly and showed Nick his phone. It showed a picture of Jack's paws. It was taken in the restaurant and Jack held something. After a couple of more looks, Nick realized that it was a hand grenade. He looked at Glaz in disbelief and confusion. "He would have done anything for preventing him of arrest. And even a maniac wouldn't do such a thing." Glaz said with a sad voice. Nick still didn't belief him but he decided to listen to Glaz, who continued to explain.
"I work for an international spying and emergency-attacking organization. It is named Rainbow and we are the best of the best. At least that's what it looks like. I'm the leader of R-unit 6 and we are currently working on the case: Jack Savage. I want you to join us and help us solving this case. Since you know what he did, you can at least do it as some sort of revenge." Nick just sat there with his muzzle wide open. He had to understand first what this wolf just said to him, before he could answer. "I'm sorry but this is too much for me. I can't help you." Nick answered and got up. "Well but at least stay tonight and sleep over it. Here is my card if you change your decision." Glaz said and gave Nick a small paper-card. "Okay I'm going to sleep here tonight, but tomorrow I want to call a taxi and I'll never come back."
