Chapter 1-
The Blood Moon, a night most holy to witches, came into consideration. Would the witches come here, to Aylesthorough?
11 children had gone poof, and 11 months had gone by. So had 11 moons! Isnt there twelve moons in a year? Is this a coincidence.
Kaeli, a young girl born in June, was the most recent to be taken. Everyone around the town of Aylesthorough was going ballistic, as John, one of my colleagues, had idiotically told them what the Blood Moon was.
When the Blood Moon comes upon us, 12 children each born in separate months. 6 boys, 6 girls. Each is separately killed and some of their blood is taken. But their is one heart that the Grand Witch needed to complete the forever lasting potion that she was beginning to make. The Grand White Witch.
