The sweetest, kindest woman in gamindustri. She rule the land with an iron fist! With Historia she was proud of her and the birth of the Neptune she was a proud mother. A year or two passed, Umbriel was pregnant once more and call her Nepgear. At the hospital, the doctor came in with terrible news. When Nepgear is born, Umbriel won't be able to make it to see her second daughter. It'll be the last time to see not only her daughter but the nation might fallen as well.

Even so, Neptune was far to young to run a whole Nation but thankfully Vert was willingly to help out Planeptune. Even so Historia have to train Neptune and discipline, as well taking care of Nepgear as.

To a point Neptune was older enough to maintain a nation and her Cpu form as well and meeting the next gamindustri's hero as well.
