I do not own The Vampire Diaries. Everything belongs to Julie Plec. The only thing I own are Joey's plot, as well as any storylines that tend to stray from the canon plot that occurs during Season 6.

Joey Parker's life was like any normal eighteen year old. Well if you counted you and your whole family being in a coven full of witches normal. He had it all. He was popular around school, had the perfect girlfriend, and had seven siblings he could count on to be there for him. That is until the sibling he was the closest to snapped while playing the Dr. Mario video game with him and beat him to death. He wasn't the only one either, his brother killed three more of his siblings in unspeakable ways.
But what he didn't know was little Joey Parker had a secret agenda of his own. Joey Parker had a girlfriend named Aspen Reynolds. Who was also a sixty year old vampire. What could he say, he had a thing for older women.
They had an agreement. He would do any spell that she commanded and she would feed him her blood twice a day. For precautionary measures of course. Joey had quite a lot of enemies. Whether it be those pesky witch hunters, werewolves, vampires, or fellow witches jealous of his power. He knew people were out to get him. Sure he would never be the leader of his coven, that title would one day belong to his sister Josette or brother Malachai. But Joey had an enormous amount of power. He thrived to become one of the best witches of all time, always reading through grimoires so he could retain an extensive amount of knowledge in the field of magic. Later on in his life he would find that Disney Channel had remade his witch life into a character called Justin Russo. Although this flimsy character was never as good as him.
What was better than knowing that if he was murdered by an unpleasant rival he could spring back to life in vampire form? Practically nothing, and that is why the deal was made.
Joey never expected his own brother to be the one to take his life away. He never expected the unpleasant rival known as a supernatural hunter, he foresaw coming his way to go after Aspen instead with a stake to her heart. He never expected having to flee his own home in anticipation knowing that if his own father Joshua Parker were to find him he would turn into a pile of ashes. He never expected any of these atrocities. But he did expect his dear brother Kai Parker to one day return from his 1994 prison world. And when that day would come he would be ready to tear apart, piece by piece the man who had not only ended his witch life, but began his vampire one.
Malachai Parker better as hell be prepared because Joey Parker was coming and once they were face to face his beloved brother Kai would beg for mercy.
