SPECIALITY EVALUATION

three groups
three specialities

🔴 each group is put by their speciality;
🔵 each group needs to pick a leader who could communicate with me if needed;
🔵 the group has to choose positions,  (like last time; no visual; more info below);
🔵 a group needs to present a speciality performance.

it's preferable that there would be 5 girls in the performance, but 4-6 is fine too.

NOTICE: these positions don't determine anything. you may be sub rapper now and end up as a main rapper later AND vice versa. this is just to test yall~

how do you do the task?
you can simply create a group chat with your group mates and discuss it there. 
whatever works for you.

Now, I know there is one problem we face every time - inactive people. The leader should pm if they notice their members inactive and i'll note it, so you could carry on with the mission without them. Because I know how hard it is sometimes to wait for ones approval for things and the person just doesn't show up. So yeah, if you are waiting for someone to agree on smth, but they don't reply, just carry on without them. It's their problem, not yours :)

REPORT

they should also give me a short report on how much each girl was active / did on the mission

Hyolyn - me, leader, the most active
Bora - she did really well and she had a lot of suggestions
Soyou - completely inactive
Dasom - she was okay, responded to messages, no actual suggestions
Starship - she talked a lot, but never about the mission
