*Mangle's POV*
There they are, our parents, the devils they are, grinning at us, they look so sinister. If one of us gets picked, I just hope he's nice. I''m not sure about Roxi though, I'm not sure if she can handle it. Roxi doesn't even want a mate yet, she says that she might find a mate after she graduates University, but she would prefer to stay single. I'm not too sure about me, I don't think I would want a mate yet, or maybe I do? I don't know!
Our parents were just sitting there grinning at us, they have a very sinister look on their faces, it looks like they are planning something diabolical. Being the spoiled adults they are, they obviously wore such expensive and branded clothes all from the best companies, and nothing less. Father is dressed smartly in his black tuxedo and red bow tie, while mother wore her favourite pair of heels and is dressed in a lovely white dress that looks similar to a Bride's wedding gown.
"Mangle Darling! Roxi Dear! Come sit down with us! Come come!" Mrs Bellavance said cheerfully.
"Not now, Sweetheart. Mangle, Roxi! Why are you in your casual clothing? If you live in a mansion that looks like a castle, you have to dress like a Princess!" Mr Bellavance snapped.
Here we go again! Them with their nagging! Do they always have to nag at us about every single thing that we do?
"Now, Mangle, Roxi. Go hurry up and change into the new designer dresses your mother bought for you! Now!" Mr Bellavance snapped.
"Why? I don't really like dresses, they are uncomfortable and tacky even though they are pretty, I don't care!" Roxi yelled.
"Now!" Mr Bellavance snapped.
Roxi is growling at our father, the only man who pisses her off the most aside from the countless boys that had asked her out throughout the year. Obviously, she broke their hearts and rejected every single one of them as none of the boys at school are her type and are only attracted to her looks and intelligence.
"Roxi, let's just go, we'll be punished if we don't," I whispered into Roxi's ear. Eventually, Roxi calmed down a bit and gripped my wrist to the staircase.
The staircase spiralled up the floors, it had a red carpet a place to sit and a chandelier hanging from the ceiling. Roxi pulled me up the staircase and dragged me to my room. When we got to the door, Roxi opened it and dragged me inside.
"Mangle, are you sure you want to do this?" Roxi asked.
"Roxi, everything will be fine. We should just get this over and done with, so we can continue with our plans tomorrow. Wait, if we do get this done by today, I might have to cancel tomorrow's plans. So, could you help me give money to Chi instead, please?" I asked.
"I will help you give Chi the money, but, why are you cancelling out on me for tomorrow? You have a date with Foxy or something?" Roxi said while raising both eyebrows.
