Chapter 2- The WHAT?!?
I got back home from school Friday afternoon. It was a normal day and all.
Everyone sat together to eat dinner. "Honey, we have something to tell you" my mom blurted out.
"Yeah what is it." I replied. "Well you are 18 and your father and I think it's time for you to get married".
I looked at them with a confused look saying "what is that suppose to mean?" Mom says "we have an arranged marriage for you." I got out of my seat and yelled "what!?!! Why are you doing this!? In too young to get married!!" Mom tried to calm me down "I know you're not to thrilled about this but please you have to. The family is coming over tomorrow and we have to set everything up for them and I want you in your best behavior."
I was really furious but I can't do anything about it. I walked out and went to my room. I couldn't believe I was going to get married, especially to someone I didn't know.
I changed into my pajamas and checked my phone. I got a text from Maddie. I didn't reply for being so made at having to get married. I drifted off to sleep.
