Chapter 5

I only have 90 more days to live if I don't find true love.

" Why do you look so sad? " Minghao asked me. " I don't know how to confess to Jonghyun oppa, I keep meeting him by accident that I felt like it was destiny " I explained.

" Are you always only thinking of him? " Those words hit me hard. " What are you talking about? He's my love at first sight " I replied. He looked closely into my eyes, " Really? I don't believe in love at first sight " He said.

" He is the only one I have in my mind but whenever I see him, I just get so nervous that nothing comes out of my mouth " I said back. " You need to wake up already " He told me. He walked into his bedroom. What does he mean I have to wake up? I'm not dreaming. I stood up and opened his bedroom door when I saw him half naked, " AHHH! " I shouted.

I quickly closed the door and back away, he came out of the room and pinned me to the wall. " I told you to knock before entering " He warned me. " Sorry " I tried escaping but he grab my wrist. " Since you broke my rule, you have to clean my room tonight " He took it as an advantage for him to sleep in.

" Fine, I'll do it " I agreed out of anger. I went inside my room to take a bath and went down to eat ddeokbokki that Si Kyung bought for us, " It taste so good " I stuffed a whole spoon of it in my mouth. " Eat slowly, you'll get sick " Si Kyung told me. I nodded and put my spoon down, " why were you screaming just now? " She questioned.

" Oh, It's nothing... I just saw a... cockroach in my room " I answered. " You're scared of insects? " She asked. " Only some kinds " I replied.

9:30pm, I went inside Minghao's room to clean, he was in the shower. I took the mob and started cleaning the floor. He came out of the toilet with only his towel covering the lower part of his body.

" Wear your cloths! " I covered my eyes. " You saw it already, hurry up and clean " He told me. I took towel and started cleaning the shelfs, I cleaned it too hard that the shelf suddenly shook and was close to falling on top of me until he pulled me away.

I ended up on top of him and we froze in that position. We stared into each other's eyes for awhile until he broke the awkwardness, " Did you get hurt? " He asked. I shook my head as a " no ".

" That's a relief " He smiled. I quickly got off him and continued cleaning trying hard not to look at him as he put on his cloths.

35 minutes later,

" I'm done " I said. I turned to him and he was already asleep. I went near his bed and put a blanket on him.

I walked back to my room and jumped on my bed feeling really tired.

The next day, I decided to visit the company with them.

" I don't see Jr oppa anywhere " I pouted. Minghao pinched my cheeks, " Forget it " He said.

I walked in the workers gate using Si Kyung's card and saw Jr oppa from afar, " Jonghyun oppa! " I called.

He saw me and smiled, " What are you doing here? " He asked. " Just visiting " I replied.

" Want to have a cup of tea with me? " He questioned. " Really?!? Of course " I answered in excitement.

He walked me to his office and I sat down with him and his bestfriend Dongho oppa, " Annyeonghaseo " I greeted Dongho.

" You must be Yena? " He asked. I nodded, " It's nice to meet you " He greeted back.

I sat down nervously drinking my cup of tea, " So, are you looking for a job? " Dongho said. " Yeah, I want to get a good job but I'm not sure where " I explained.

" Then work here " He suddenly offered. " Thanks oppa but I signed up last time and got kicked out by the interview staff, I'm not sure what I did so wrong " I told him.

" Jr and I will sign you, we'll give you another chance to prove that you're qualified enough to work here, will you take the offer? " He asked.

I thought really hard this time but I really want to work with Jonghyun oppa, " I'll take it, I'll do my best, Thank you so much " I said back.

" Well then, come here tomorrow at 9 am for a quick interview of your job " He said.

" Minhyun ah, I can't come tomorrow, I have to attend an interview " I told him.

" It's okay, I can work here alone " He said. " Gomawo, I appreciate it " I gave him a smile.

My interview day! I followed Minghao and the others to the company and waited for Dongho to pick me up.

" Yena! Come here " He called me. I walked towards the room and say down. " Good morning Jonghyun oppa " I greeted.

" How much would you sacrifice for this job? " He asked. " I will quit my part time job in the shop and come here on time everyday even though I'm not a morning person, I will do everything you tell me to do " I replied.

" Do you think you can do well? " Dongho questioned. " I'm still lacking but I'll work hard and do well " I answered.

" Where do you live? " Jonghyun oppa asked. " I live in a sharehouse with 4 people near the side street 24 hour market " I said. " You work in the 24 hour market? " They said back. I nodded in response.

" From what we're hearing, you have some experience so we'd like to give you a chance " Jonghyun oppa stated. " Really? Thank you so much " I cheered.

I gave Minghao a call right away but strangly he wasn't picking up....
