"WHAT THE SHIT IS THAT LEGIT?" Yoongi screamed.

Hoseok nodded. "He's dangerous, okay."

"HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE"

"I'M TELLING YOU IT IS FREAKING POSSIBLE"

"I DON'T BELIVE YOU"

"WELL YOU SHOULD"

"Y-yoongi, I don't know why you're yelling, but h-h-help!"

Yoongi ended the call, sticking his head out of the door. "What the f-"

"HELP!" Jimin hissed, eyes wide. He was standing frozen in front of the door, his face drawn and pale.

During his conversation with Hoseok, Yoongi did not notice the doorbell ringing or Jimin going to open the door.

Dry scales on the carpeted floor. A loud hiss. A forked tongue flickering.

A snake was stretched out in front of the door. Jimin looked like he was in shock, too stunned to react.

It wasn't just any snake.

It was the taipan.

"One of the most poisonous snakes in the world," Yoongi breathed.

"This is not the time to be scientific! Science DOES NOT save you from a snake attack! Kill it! NOW!" Jimin yelped.

Luckily, Yoongi was experienced with snakes, due to Hoseok's fear of it.

Step one: take a strong Y shaped branch and trap the snake's head

"Shit," Yoongi cursed when he realised that the dorm was not a jungle.

He grabbed a knife from the counter. "Jimin, jump onto the bed!" he said softly. Jimin's eyes were filled with terror as he mouthed incoherent words. "Go! Or do you want to be eaten?" Yoongi snapped. Jimin blinked. "That's homework. Math. Biology. History," Yoongi said.

Jimin immediately jumped onto the bed, pressing his back against the wall. Yoongi only had a few seconds to appreciate how cute the younger looked when he was scared before a movement caught his eye.

The snake slithered forward, slowly. Yoongi tried to look as innocent as possible, like hi how are you? Good afternoon instead of I am holding a big knife to murder you.

For some reason, he managed to look harmless and hid the sharp silver knife behind his back.

The snake stopped moving. It curled on the floor.

Swiftly, the predator advanced, careful to keep close to the walls.

The ignorant prey had no reaction.

A flash of silver.

The victim sensed no more.

"Yoongi!" Jimin sputtered.
