New region, new love! {Pokemon}

A new beginning

May was running, she was late -as always- and if she didn't hurry up she'd miss the ship to Loro region.

She was supposed to meet Ash and Misty at Crimson city, the first town they had to go for their trip; new region, new ribbons!

May kept running when she bumped in a green haired figure taller than her that she knew well.

"Drew?? Is that you?" She couldn't believe drew was there since it had been so long!

"Well duh May... Long time no see. Anyway what are you doing here?" Drew smirked at May surprised as much as her.

"I'm going to Loro region, what about you?" May was hoping he was just there to meet someone.

"I guess we'll be on the same ship then... What a pain" drew threw a rose at may and smirked again watching the girl's smile getting into an annoyed expression.

"Really? Well since it's such a pain I'll be going first... Bye Drew, nice to see you again" May walked off kinda irritated and went on the ship, looking forward to Loro region.

'Why did I have to meet her here? Just when I thought I wouldn't have to deal with May anymore...' Drew looked up at the sky just before going onto the ship.

Announcement: "we will arrive soon at Crimson city! Get ready to board off all of you pokemon trainers that wish to enter the tournament!"

May and Drew had both the same expression of wonder, as they saw the beautiful city with crimson buildings and crimson butterfrees. They walked off the ship together, even if all the time before they weren't talking to each other.

"Misty, Ash! I'm so glad to see you! It's been so long since the last time... Oh and we have an unexpected companion" May hugged Misty and smiled at Ash happily, to then turn her expression in an annoyed one as she was pronouncing the last words.

"May!!" Both Ash and Misty shouted happy to see her.

"And who's the companion you were talking about?" Misty was clearly curious and she looked at May waiting for a reply.

"...DrEW" May highlighted the final two letters of the green-haired guy's name when he appeared behind her silently.

"I mean like why the heck is he here? It's so annoying... He should just stay with all the fangirls he has. Why he gotta bother me like this??" May ended just as someone tapped her shoulder.

"Excuse me, May. That's not very nice of you. And don't call me drEW" Drew had a really annoyed face as stood there behind his rival.

May turned around, raged because of him sneaking up to her and then ran away followed by Misty and Ash.

"Uh sorry 'bout that! How have you guys been? What have you been up to? I see you changed looks, Ash!! And you too Misty!! Man we have so many things to talk about!" May's excitement was even higher than before as she looked at Ash who was now wearing a yellow and blue shirt and Misty who had grown her hair long.

The rest of the day passed as the old friends talked and talked and talked...

[The next morning]

"Hey Misty, hey Ash. Where's that dumbass? Don't tell me she overslept!! How annoying... I'll go get her." Drew had the annoyed look he had had all the time since he arrived.

"Room 403? This must be May's room... Hey May!! Get your dumb head out of bed! It's already 10 am and we need to sign up by 11!!" Drew shouted, but since May didn't reply he tried to open the room; it was unlocked.

"Seriously... May get up, now." The coordinator was about to leave when he heard a familiar voice.

"WHAT THE HECK DREW YOU PERVERTED GUY!! KNOCK BEFORE ENTERING!! YOU FREAK!" May shouted and raged.

"Just get dressed... And why would I be perverted with You? It's late so hurry up" Drew threw a rose at her and left.

After about half an hour the group reunited and went to sing in for the competition.

Announcement: "All right it seems like you are all registered! The first tournament will take in the next town and will have two of you pair with each other and fight against another team! Since it seems more fun we picked all of them! So here they are:"
