You are my mother, yet I can't remember you ever saying you loved me, until I had something you wanted. Mother, you forgot me in the mix of you addiction. Mother, you left me for cocaine. Mother, you ran away because I asked you to come to my award show when I got the golden heart award in 4th grade. You left me all alone. Mother, where were you my whole life?
