Spending time lying on a palm fringed beach, with topical blue waves lapping at your feet, might seem perfect holiday! But what if there was no umbrella to keep the sun off your head, no waiter to bring you a chilled glass of water and no hotel to retreat to in the evening for a welcome shower and a hot meal?

It wouldn't be long before that island became your worst nightmare.....

I can hear birds screeching and the trees rustling. I can hear the wind howling and the waves colliding off the rocks and then complete silence.

The first thing that hit me was the smell. Even before I opened my eyes, the tantalizing scent washed-up waves and all rolled into one. I felt millions of grains of sand, hot against my fingers and the cold breeze against my face, a relief from the sweltering sun. I heard the sea crawling onto the sand and, further away, the same monster dashing against the rocks. As I opened my mouth to take in a gulp of air, I could taste blood and salt, but I had such a dry mouth, especially in the heat, when you look over into the sea, but a fresh, clean one, as if I am taking in pure oxygen. Only then my four other senses had taken in their share of my surroundings, did I allow myself to open my eyes?. I was amazed at how easily fantasy and reality intertwined at that moment. I was like continuing a dream after waking up. As I lifted my eyelids, as the barrier between my imagination and reality was removed, the sunlight was like a torch being shone in your eyes. Now I can feel sudden pain crawling down my legs. I could see blood from my wounds on my arms and legs. I looked around to see a massive jungle to my left to my right, I could smell danger in my surroundings.

I plot myself up on my elbows and take a quick look around with my blurry vision. "Where the heck am I?" I lift one hand up and narrow the space between my lids, it took me a moment before realizing what covered my palm. Blood. It was blood, "Oh my God, what on earth?" I exclaim as I get up into full-sitting position.

As soon as I get up, I get an earthshaking headache
"Oww," I squeal as my hand reaches for my head. I feel something wet covering my hand, is that? Sweat?
And I lower my hand to my eye level to see more blood covering my hand..

I felt my butt burn, "Can this get any worse?" I mumbled to myself, I look down and some kind of white dress turned brown, torn in many places, What is this? A gown? A white gown, which turned brown because of dirt.

Something splash against my feet. Only pleasant feeling I've felt since I woke up, I turn my head to see a beautiful view covering my visual range. Water, water and water, and the beautiful colors spread across the horizon. It was the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen, maybe it was the only one I've seen but that doesn't matter.

I crawl my body to get a good portion of my lower body into the water. I wash my face somehow with cool water to get the dirt and dried blood off my face. My reflection stared back at me, it was a girl about 14, had mesmerizing green eyes, brown hair, and had pale skin. I held my head as I feel a sharp pain, my vision starts getting blurry and I tried to remember what had happened before I opened my eyes, But nothing struck, with that a wave of thousands of questions hit my mind..

Wait a second, what am I doing?
.

How I came here?....

How am I going to get out of here?.....

Do I have a family? Friends?......

If yes, where are they?........ And most importantly

WHO AM I?

What's my name?

My head started spinning with all the questions in my mind but I stood up and decided to explore the island.
