I woke up the next morning with a smile on my face and thought today was our last night in Vegas…last night….oh my god! Marco was leaving in…I checked the time on my iPhone and a bunch of colorful words left my mouth as I ran towards the bathroom to brush my teeth and hair.
I can’t believe I overslept! My boyfriend…the thought that the sweetest guy is mine and mine only still feels weird, but a weird good! That’s beside the point, the point is Marco is leaving in 15 minutes and I’m not even ready yet! I ran to the dresser and pulled out the first things I saw, a pair of dark skinny jeans and a white shirt because I didn’t really care what I wore as long as I got to see him on time and right now I had literally five minutes to spare, oh great! I just hope he’s still here!
I sprinted to the meeting spot and I saw Marco standing there looking as gorgeous as ever with his dark low hung jeans, white shirt, and a light blue button down shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and a duffle bag slung lazily on his shoulder.
“Candy!” He shouted when he saw me in his line of view. I was out of breath by the time I got to him but whatever, at least I made it on time!
“Okay, I have to go in 2 minutes but have fun tonight with your friends, but not too much ok?” he smiled his bright blinding smile.
All I could do was nod since I was so out of breath.
He pulled me into a tight hug and kissed the top of my head, “I’m gonna miss you so much!” he mumbled against my hair.
“Me too!” I whispered.
He drew back and kissed me on the lips gently, “We’ll see each other again in Boston, and remember that I like you my cute girlfriend,” he said against my lips.
I blushed and pecked him on the lips mumbling something along the lines of, “me too,” because he kissed me again but broke off when someone called his name.
“Ok, I have to go now, but I’ll see you in a couple of days alright?” he hugged me one last time before smiling and walking away backwards with a smile until he was at the entrance of the hotel then turned around to get into a car to the airport.
After I saw the car disappear to the airport, I grudgingly walked back to the suite, but decided to have breakfast. I sat down with a plate of eggs, bacon, toast, sausages, and a glass of orange juice. I wasn’t particularly hungry, but all I knew was that I didn’t want to go back to the suite, so I just sat there picking at my food. While I was making an egg mountain, I heard a chair scrape in front of me making me raise my head to see who the culprit was.
“Hey Candy, how are you feeling?” Elle asked me, she was also holding a plate similar to mine with a cup of coffee.
“I’ve been better.” I responded, not really in the mood to talk.
We sat there in silence but Elle being Elle tried to cheer me up by telling me random stories of the night before, which were pretty funny. Especially the part where Charlie got felt up by a transvestite and he started freaking out in the bar, but what it made hilarious was the fact that after he got felt up, he kept getting hit on by a bunch of guys who saw what happened earlier.
I could already picture his face at the time! Charlie has to be the straightest guy who would bang anything with two legs and a vagina and being hit on all night by gay guys does not exist in his book! Wish I was there to see that so I could make fun of him all night!
“Charlie is still pissed from last night, so he wants to go clubbing to let loose. Apparently, he’s tired of looking for a girl, and just wants to take a break tonight so we’re going to LAX.” Elle said with a mouth full of eggs and bacon.
