"Hello there," I say to them and iIget on one knee and bow to be respectful, which is what I do where im from. They looked rich to me when I saw them.
The little girl opened her small delicate mouth and said "Hello Mister." I get up and smile at them as I noticed the parents were still cautious about me being there since I was a different species.
"Are there any places I could stay warm around here...Oh wait sorry I should say my name, I am Oni Shiro Satu, The fourth." I make another slight bow, then looking up at them. I look at the little girl as she whispered something into her parent's ears.
They then nod to the girl then me and they make a smile to be polite and say "We'll let you stay at our place for now." I grin brightly feeling happy, and hoping I could get there on time.
I then say "Thank you so much". They nod as the Mother motions her hand to show that I should follow. I quickly go over grinning greatly. I follow behind looking at the young girls long, chocolate brown hair. At the ends, they formed into nice ringlets. It was starting to get a little colder and it was too close for comfort. "Excuse me, Can we be quick.... if it gets a bit colder something will happen to me...and it isn't very pleasant to go through". The parents look over and nod to me and they walk a bit faster.
"There isn't much longer to go." The Father told me. I sigh following them along the sidewalk my long catlike tail swaying around, and my wings folded in. My ears stay perked a top my head, my hair around my ears lay flat but messy at the same time. The little girls slowed down for a moment, but then she was walking next to me.
"Hey Mister, what are you?" she asked curiously. Her eyes were shining a crystal blue as she looked up.
"Grace, you shouldn't ask such a thing, it's rude!" The mother said astonished. I chuckle and say "No..no, It's fine I don't mind," I say waving my hands in front of me. I look down at the young girl named Grace. 'That's a nice name' I think to myself.
"Well....Grace, I'm what you call a Volyana." I tell her smiling. Grace looked at me giggling cutely.
"I don't think I've heard of anyone like you before, but it sounds familiar" she says cocking her head in confusion."What can you do?" she asked once more curiously.
I chuckle smiling then I say" Well I can shapeshift, but it hurt for some of my forms."
I frown at the end and she asks "Why?"
I think for a moment then I say" I'm not sure, but if we don't get to the place in the next 10 minutes then I will change into my wolf form and that's one that hurts" I tell them gulping at the end.
"We should be there by then," The father said to me slightly in a worried some voice. A gust of cold wind by making me hug my chest. My tail waves around in the wind in front of me. My ears flap around on top my head as I mumble " If I change, please don't be scared. I can control myself and I will listen. If I do don't look, please."
