Personality:
Evan is very shy. He has social anxiety [somehow even worse than Jason's] and will often hide away, feeling very depressed. If he ever gets mad, he just bottles it up and never says a word, which just leads to more harm to himself. He'll often hide for days on end, and every time, no one can find him. He can be happy and normal, but it's kind of rare. Whenever it does happen though, he's very curious and loves to explore things he finds interesting. If you somehow manage to get him to snap... it's actually kind of terrifying. He got Russia's creepy factor, and will start off silent but deadly, but then just go nuts and chew you out with no mercy. But once again... it;s rare.
Flaws: He's really bad at interacting at people, he's got a lot of focus issues, he's extremely easy to startle and upset, and he finds it extremely difficult to trust anyone. He also can never stick with one favorite thing [not sure if that's a bad thing or just him being curious].
Likes: Alone time, writing, exploring, children [they're not as terrifying to talk to as normal people], animals, watching anime [meh he's a nerd], making music, listening to music
Dislikes: trying to focus, social interaction, taking medicine, drinking, people smoking, being aggressive, contacts, perfume/cologne
Allies: The other states, America, Canada, and generally the allies of the USA
Enemies: Technically any enemies of the US, but he's too afraid to make actual enemies
